Convenience store is directly connected, which is very handy.
Luggage can only be stored until the same day, and English communication is available.
Overall, a decent and practical stay.
The hotel breakfast also offered variety daily.
The location is great because the station is near, but keep in mind that in the evening there are a lot of salarymen drinking. 
The room was not spacious, but this is a normality in Tokyo. It felt quite old; you can see that the wallpaper was already dirty, and the corners of the furniture were losing their parts. But overall, I didn’t get this feeling like “so dirty I didn’t want to stay there”; it just felt not new. The bed was comfortable and had two pillows.
Also, what was strange to me is that the hotel was quite big, but there was only one washing machine.
The hotel's front desk offers earplugs, shower caps, and various travel-sized toiletries.
The location is super convenient, very close to JR Shimbashi Station.
However, the room is tiny, and the bed is very narrow. It's really only suitable for a solo business traveler.
It's not ideal for two people or families with children.
The soundproofing is excellent, very quiet.
There are many restaurants and izakayas downstairs, making dining and drinks very convenient.
Environment: Average, very small, if two people stay here, they'll be fighting for space! Downstairs, there are izakayas (Japanese pubs) and some strange shops.
Location: Very close to Shimbashi Station! No complaints about the location!
Service: Standard.
Hygiene: Dirty, there were bugs and dust everywhere! It felt unclean. On the first day of check-in, I found hair in a new pillow! I didn't dare move all night!
Breakfast: The hotel doesn't have its own breakfast restaurant; they partner with another cafe. The breakfast wasn't particularly good or bad, just average. There were 4 set menus, and you couldn't choose your own!
Food is okay, would be better if they can serve meals with rice and soup.
