The hotel is in a rather old building and offers only the basic amenities (toothbrush, razor, sponge) but it has the most comfortable bed I have slept on in any Japanese hotel. Plus the location is unbeatable... a short walk to train station down a pedestrian only shopping street with a good assortment of restaurants (sushi, ramen, izakaya, gyudon, cafes) and the greatest hits of middle class Japanese retail (Donki, Uniqlo, Daiso, MatsuKiyo).

Nice stay for a day

Quiet and nice, my room on the 8th floor seemed to have been recently renovated. Room was quite large compared to competing hotel chains. Staff was great and they had translated information sheets for things that wasnt obvious for non-japanese speakers.
Walking shopping/restaurant street right outside and it has 2 different stations about 9 minutes away on foot. Chinatown about 25 minutes away on foot.
Self service laundry and drier available. If you dont have soap it costs 50jpy at the reception. The machine itself takes 100jpy coins. Expect to pay 400-500 for a regular load washed and dried.
If I visit Yokohama again I would have no issue staying there for a second time.
Slight negatives:
There was no safe in the room.
Key system is a phyiscal key.
Reception is on the second floor and there are two entrances. If you enter from the wrong side and you dont know this you might end up a little lost. The signs showing the way to the reception are only on the walking street side, so enter from there.

Nice budget friendly hotel.

Located in a shopping street and easy to access by train. Walk distance to the city centre and harbour area. The room is L-shaped with a corridor towards the entrance. Not big yet enough for 2 people. Still got enough space for opening two large luggage at the same time. It was quiet though downstairs was supposed to be a night life zone.

The room is nice and neat. A bit far from the attractions but close to mtr station and can park the car in 24 hours parking nearby.

It’s good for me, I stayed for one night and everything was good. The staff was very nice for introducing everything slowly. I will choose to stay here the next time I travel to Yokohama
