They were very kind when I checked in. I was glad I could store my luggage in a locker.
The room was also clean and comfortable.

Overall it was good. However, the breakfast area was small. Therefore, it would be better to check out by 10am. There were no towels among the amenities.

I had business in the Kanto region, so I stayed here.
It's about a 7-minute walk from Shin-Yokohama, through the concourse and a short walk down the street.
It's a typical business hotel, but it was a little pricey because it was during the holidays. (Even so, it was fully booked.)
The price was a little high for just a place to sleep, but breakfast was included, so I have no complaints.
I'd like to stay here again if I have business there.

This was my first time staying at the Toyoko Inn.
For a Japanese hotel, it was very spacious, clean, and comfortable.
The front desk was bright, and the staff's positive energy was very positive.
I'd love to stay here again.

The hotel is within walking distance of Shin-Yokohama Station. Breakfast is available in the lounge downstairs or in your room. There is also a microwave and a coin laundry on the first floor.

The breakfast was delicious and I was very satisfied. I ate four rice balls and had a second helping of miso, which made me very happy from the start of the morning. Toyoko Inn is located close to the station, making it easily accessible and convenient.

It was very convenient as it was close to Shin-Yokohama Station and a convenience store was nearby. You could pick up any amenities you needed in the lobby. The free breakfast was delicious and plentiful, which was great. I would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity to stay in Shin-Yokohama!

I stayed here with my 6-year-old daughter. I was given a double bed room that would normally be used as a single room, but even though I booked it for just me and my daughter, there was only one pillow, cup, and bath towel. I called out to the front desk on my way out, but they gave me a displeased look. They're completely mocking women with children. It's cheap, so it's fine, but I don't really want to use it again.

There is an ice cube machine, which is great! But there are only 2 washing machines downstairs, I hope there can be two more.
The staff at the counter are very, very friendly. Lawson is next door, which is very convenient. It's about a 5-minute walk from the station, which is also very convenient. There are elevators along the way, so you don't need to carry your luggage yourself.

There is also free breakfast in the morning, which is delicious and highly recommended!
Will definitely come back and stay again.
