Absolutely loved our stay here. The location was really great, it was only a few minutes walk from the shops and train station, it was a very quiet little area. Still very close to a 711 and supermarkets if we needed anything. The room was very spacious with one bunk for our two kids and two king singles for us. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. It was also great to have a kitchen and dining area which on some nights we could cook our own meals and sit at the table if we wanted to. Toilet and bathroom/shower were good and to have a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom is always a bonus. It was nice to have a little balcony too. It was great most places were only 20+ mins to get to buy the local train station. We would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel. Very good area and nice shopping center near by. There is no front desk. Only key pads make sure you get you pin to enter hotel

DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR BELONGINGS STOLEN!
I usually don’t write reviews, but I have to so that none of you have to endure what my family and I went through.
My family, boyfriend, and I stayed from November 9th to the 14th. We had gone shopping for souvenirs and gifts for friends and relatives on November 11th. Thinking that we were in a safe place, we left our tax-free bags out in the open of our room. We had asked for some laundry detergent to be left at our doorstep that day. The following day when we came back from exploring (the 12th), we never noticed the bags were gone, but we did find an odd amount of towels (12 hand towels and 12 body towels to be exact) and detergent in our room on the couch. We never requested towels nor did we ask the detergent to be left inside the room. They first violated our privacy by entering our room, and then violated our trust by stealing two of our bags costing about $400 total.
We suspect that the reason we had received towels when we didn’t ask for any is so that the employee could enter the room and use the same bag that held the towels to put our merchandise in it to conceal the tax-free bags.
I never thought to check which tax-free bags I had packed and didn’t have packed, as I thought nothing was stolen directly from our room. But when we got home and unpacked our belongings, we realized they never made it into our luggage. They were not stolen from us at the airport as all the luggages were at full capacity without those bags. They were stolen from our room.
Initially, guest services were happy to help and to check security cameras for us. We were sent a screenshot of security footage dated November 11th and were told that there were no employees who entered the building on the 12th. I asked for them to check footage from the 12th and if they offered any sort of reimbursement or compensation for this unacceptable situation and I have received no response since.
This behavior is completely unacceptable. Beware of booking here!

Nice clean hotel, was also new , quite area with local people. easy access to metro and shops. enjoyed it.

I like the room, small but suitable for us 4 family member. the neighborhood so calm and cozy. There s a bus stop one way to Shibuya left side of the hotel. if u wanna take train u have to talk to station about 10 minutes to Shimbaba Station to Shinagawa then you free to choose to other place as Yamanote line track way.
Also u can find many kombini store, we shop at Rico and 7 11 everyday very convenience.
just in front of the hotel u ll see the small shop selling fried chicken and its cheap ( I attach the picture)

Excellent boutique hotel in central location in walking distance to JR lines. Excellent facilities including wifi which is fit for professional tele-work. Supermarket across the street, small shops in proximity and built-in kitchenette allows you feel just as if at home.

Great hotel that is perfect for families. The rooms are much bigger than what you can usually find in Japan for a decent price. Super clean and great for working or parties!

There was a kitchen and it was a room where you could prepare your own meals.
