Close to the subway station, with many small restaurants nearby offering Wagyu beef, ramen, and American BBQ. The hotel provides comfortable pajamas. It's not a far walk to the Red Brick Warehouse and the CupNoodles Museum. Convenient for taking the Hakone Railway the next day.

The room was quite spacious with a decent view. It's right next to the subway exit, and there's a convenience store just across the street.

I stayed for a few simple days. The price was acceptable and the transportation was very convenient.

Overall, it was a satisfactory stay. The room was clean and quiet, making it a great place to rest. The basic amenities were well-equipped, allowing for a comfortable stay. The location was also convenient, making it easy to get around, and I felt it was a good value for money. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Shin-Yokohama.

Service was very good. They allowed us to keep our luggage at the reception even though we already checked out. And helping us to call a taxi to go to airport.

I stayed here from Tuesday, June 24th to June 26th. I was able to relax very comfortably in room 705. The buffet was also very good. I especially liked the sesame pudding for dessert and the salad dressing. The dining staff were very helpful. I will definitely visit again with my mother.

Easy access but building is bit old

Amenities could be provided more for travelers such as hair mask and toothpaste. Other than that, the location and cleanliness are perfect.

It's a great hotel! Loved every minute I stayed there. It was about 40 minutes from tokyo proper and reasonably priced. They have english speaking staff and free toothbrushes and bath supplies. The bed and room were decently sized for Japan. Honestly I would love to stay here again!

The hotel is average, neither good nor bad. It's a bit old, and you have to climb stairs to get to the lobby, which is a bit of a workout. It's clean enough, but the bathroom is a bit small, making it hard to turn around.

The elevator is a bit old, and only one was operational during my stay, but it should be repaired or replaced soon. The in-room facilities are generally outdated, especially the bathroom. Room soundproofing is mediocre; you can clearly hear cleaning noises from outside during the day.

I requested early check-in 3 months back but they are very reluctant with the check-in timing. They did not even allow check-in before half an hour. Also, I have booked breakfast for 5 days, and I thought it would be a buffet breakfast, but in reality they give you a bento box, which is not Vegan or vegetarian-friendly and i am Vegan so i wasted my money in breakfast. Reading the other reviews, it seems that they have refurbished the rooms (?) Central wifi is available with good connection and fast speed. Room is clean with cold aircon (such a necessity during Japan's notorious summer) and good amenities as well. This is an absolutely amazing budget hotel, with all of the bare essentials such as a small refrigerator, tea kettle, some free tea, a wonderful TV, a hair dryer, small toiletries, linen press, and places to hang your wet clothes. I booked this hotel because I had business at Pia Arena MM. The staff were friendly and the room was nice. The only downside was that the bathroom smelled a bit, perhaps because it's an older building. The faucet was a rotary device, so it was difficult to turn on and off.
