This hotel is nice, I really like it. Unlike other hotels, it has an extra large mirror on the table 🪞, so you can sit and do your makeup, haha. It's a ten-minute walk from Yokohama Chinatown, and there are plenty of izakayas (Japanese pubs) nearby.

All Toyoko hotels are pretty much the same, and this one really didn't have much to offer for breakfast, even though it's located near Yokohama Park.

Close to cruise terminal. Free breakfast was interesting but everyone else thought rice and dimsim was normal. Extremely great full that was able to check in at 1am in the morning.

The neighborhood is quite convenient; there are restaurants and shopping malls nearby.

The room is big enough, and there is enough space for the luggage of three people. There are all kinds of drinks, coffee, tea, juice, everything, and the overall feeling is very satisfactory.

It's located in Chinatown, so it's very convenient. It was clean and very easy to use. There were only three amenities to choose from, so that was the only drawback. However, it did not interfere with my stay, so I was able to spend a comfortable time.

This was my first time staying at the Toyoko Inn. For a Japanese hotel, it was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The front desk was bright, and the staff's positive energy was very positive. I'd love to stay here again.

The parking lot is a bit far from the hotel, and I only found out about it when I checked in, which was a bit inconvenient. The shower curtain and bed curtain were also yellow and dirty.

Excellent facilities. Sauna was a solid 99 degrees and the cold bath was 15. Another sauna was 83 and less crowded. There are towels, toothbrush/razors etc as you would expect. A little over ¥2000 for multiple hours, I was in and out for ¥1600.super convenient after hiking.

Can’t comment on the rooms as I only came for the day spa before catching my night flight out of Haneda. The location is great - you don’t have to step out on the road as it is connected underground from the Yokohama station. My daughter and I spent 3 hours there and had a good rest, soak, a tasty meal before heading to Haneda. The soya milk noodles were delicious. The Chicken tasted like it was grilled...

I stayed here to catch the airport bus. The facilities are great, including a bath, sauna, and rest area. However, the booth entrances are curtained, so it's not suitable for people who are bothered by neighboring noise or snoring. YCAT is just a short elevator ride away! I was fortunate enough to meet a Chinese-speaking receptionist upon check-in, which made for a very pleasant conversation. They even gave me a lot of helpful advice, enriching my trip! The hotel environment is quiet, and convenience stores and shops are all in the same block.

The value for money is excellent. However, because I shared a room, depending on the clientele, there were good days (good sleep) and bad days (bad sleep). I stayed for 5 days and had good sleep 3 days and bad 2 days. Given the price, I can't really complain... The hotel staff were foreigners, but they responded perfectly and provided excellent service. It looked like a love hotel, but it wasn't. I booked it for around 8000 yen. The room was spacious for its price range. The toilet and bathroom had separate shower and toilet areas, and the bathroom was very large. Superb!

Welcome was very warm and friendly. Room was small (expected that) but you really had to sidle in to get to the toilet. Space was generally very well used, particularly the bathroom.

Located in a shopping street and easy to access by train. Walk distance to the city centre and harbour area. The room is L-shaped with a corridor towards the entrance. Not big yet enough for 2 people. Still got enough space for opening two large luggage at the same time. It was quiet though downstairs was supposed to be a night life zone.

The old-fashioned ryokan is located in a quiet area with a small courtyard. The food I ordered was decent, but you get what you pay for. The facilities were quite old, the cleanliness was average, and the bathhouse was cold as it didn't have heating.

It really is a great place to stay in especially assuming that the place is located in Yokohama. While the commuting time to Tokyo station varies, it normally takes about an hour via subway and train to get to the center of Tokyo. The place is more prepared than you are.
