Because I was planning a road trip and needed to return the car, I wanted to find a convenient parking spot near a national highway, so I chose Masahiro, but it turned out to be in the heart of Yokohama. Shopping and sightseeing are very convenient, but it's not ideal for road trips. Parking is in an automated garage, and it costs 2000 yen per night.

The location was good and I enjoyed it. I would like to use it again.

Temperature in the room is terrible. There’s big note saying that temperature is central controlled and front desk will adjust for us. Unfortunately we were told it’s auto set for 24 degree in the end of Spring. They only can offer a table fan to cool us down. My hubby was sweating all night long. He was wet through the bed sheet. The price was absolutely beyond expectations. The only downside was that the facilities were a bit dated. In my room, the bedside lamp switch was a bit broken. Also, the room requires a key card for electricity, but all the light switches were on one side of the bed, not on the wall.

Was a bit far from Yokohama station and a pain to find on road but next day, worked out underground mall route but a lot of different exits. Room was small with balcony inaccessible for fresh air. Luggage storage was available for free but laundry only had two machines so had to wait for other guests to finish ... then wait some more for them to actually come get it.

If I come back to Shin-Yokohama area, I’ll definitely choose this hotel again!

Convenient, plenty of restaurants nearby with walking distance

The hotel has an excellent location, very close to the train station and convenient for getting around Tokyo. Overall, everything is great. The only small downside is that the bed is a bit firm. I stay here every time I visit Tokyo. Whether I arrive on a late-night flight or have an early flight, the staff always take good care of me.
