The size of the room, bed and restroom is similar to those of major budget hotels in Japan, with an accpetable cleanliness level. The room is well sound-proved so there are no worries with the proximity to the airport
It is fascinating that there is an adjustable air vent below the window for drawing fresh air into the room. The free breakfast is on self-serving basis with simple, yet decent dishes and beverages
It is heart warming that there are also a small store at the left of the lobby, which offers a lot of daily consumables and instant food at reasonable prices
There is a 3-level car park with a plenty of private car parking lots for hotel guest for free, which can drive in and out freely at any time
The lobby staff is friendly, competent, fluent in English and welcomes foreign tourists. The register and check-out process is silky smooth
It only takes a 15-minute drive from Fukuoka Airport and a 30-muinute drive from Tenjin to the hotel respectively

The room was clean and enough to open my small luggage. The toilet is a bit small but for one person it's perfectly fine! And they also have drinking water from the tap! They offer drinks downstairs too, free of charge!
The hotel is a bit far from Tenjin station. It takes around 10-15mins walk from under to get to it. But it's close to the green subway Tenjin line so it was easy to go around shopping when it rained
There were also free hot drinks on the ground floor, and washing machines (you could even check their availability on the TV!). The hotel is also very close to the city’s main points of interest
They have an computerized check in check out system so it's easy to do with the machine even if you don't speak Japanese. The key to the room comes out from it as well
Nothing to complain about : it was perfect for a stay in Fukuoka. The bedding was very comfortable, the room very clean, and the staff always friendly and welcoming
Very satisfied. Although the room was small, it was very clean. Even though I booked a smoking room, there was no smoke smell.

The beauty-enhancing hot spring water felt so good that I ended up soaking in it four times. The food was very stylish, delicious, and just the right amount
My feedback is on the family bath as we did not stay here. We landed this morning and stopped here to use family bath on route to Yufuin. Booked family bath 2,600yen for 90mins
I dropped in and enjoyed the hot spring. The building feels a little old, but the hot spring was great. The warm water contains three elements: sulfur, alkali, and carbon dioxide, so you can soak in it for a long time
And best of all, all the staff were very friendly! The building may seem old, but it's kept clean and has a playful feel, so I had a really enjoyable time
It's a shame that the weather was bad and we couldn't enjoy the garden or rooftop, but we still enjoyed our 24-hour stay without getting bored
The hot spring is a little on the warm side, so if you don't mind that, I would definitely recommend this inn

It's very convenient for getting around; you can take bus 68 to Hakata, walk 12 minutes to a large supermarket, and Tenjin is also within walking distance. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit
Very lovely hotel, positioned great it's close to main places to go sight seeing, shopping and transport. Staff are friendly, though they struggled greatly with more complex English
This is a fantastic hotel right by the canal. The hotel itself has a unique and vibrant design with strong color contrasts. Our 35-square-meter room was spacious and comfortable
All the staff genuinely cared about our stay. The full board for four days was great, and the snacks were delicious. The complimentary chocolates were from a famous brand, and the drip coffee in the room was excellent
The meal options do change; starting this year, you can order à la carte for lunch, but dinner and late-night snacks have become very simple, and you might not feel completely full
However, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. The staff are mostly Nepalese or Indian, making communication very easy. This is also one of the few hotels in Japan where you can check out at 12 PM

Hotel is clean the only thing I found it weird we had to set our own bed they left the futons folding on the corner of the room for you No pool service I m told summer only this is mid October but it is hot as hell felt like summer time in fall not recommended if you don’t rent the car
Reservation required for restaurants. Night pool only available to adults. Free shuttle bus between the hotel and Hearts Bus Station Hakata. Swimming ring JPY 3000, sandals JPY 2000
The highlight of my Fukuoka trip. It was quiet and relaxing, offered great value, had spacious rooms, and the staff were very friendly. After spending three days enjoying the park, we even extended our stay
The rooms are quite spacious and all offer sea views. It's located at Fukuoka's Uminonakamichi Station, with an aquarium and a large park nearby, perfect for a relaxing two-day stay at the hotel
A beach getaway that felt incredibly relaxing! It's conveniently located right next to an aquarium and a water park. Dinner at the Western restaurant was truly unforgettable
There's a shuttle bus service to and from Hakata Station; you might want to inquire about its pickup/drop-off point at Hakata Station before checking in

But on the bright side, if it were a card key, you wouldn't be able to use electricity when you're out, right? Here, I could leave my devices charging and go out, and the power stayed on, which was great! I also saw reviews about poor soundproofing, but I didn't notice any issues with that
I was looking for a budget-friendly hotel and found this one, staying for 5 nights and 6 days. The location was absolutely perfect – it was a short walk to Tenjin city center, which I really appreciated
Despite that, I'd probably come back here if I visit Fukuoka again! I highly recommend it for solo travelers! The hotel key is a physical key, and you have to leave it at the front desk when you go out
Reviews mentioned the rooms were small, and I wondered how small they could be, but it genuinely was the smallest room I've ever had on a trip to Japan 😂
It was a very pleasant stay. The staff was nice and welcoming and the breakfast was good, the onigiri changes every day
One thing to be careful about is that if you open the window, it connects to a corridor-style hallway

A modern hotel resort situated right at the top of a hill, as reflected in the its name. We were greeted warmly with a welcome cup of hot tea, warm hand towels and really good chocolates
The room is clean and of a comfortable size with birds occasionally flying and chirping about in the trees outside the windows, against the backdrop of the Fukuoka City
Very comfortable stay, highly recommended. The tatami Japanese-style room was lovely, the sunset view was amazing, and the room was huge.
The breakfast comes as a set and it is highly nutritious, and of high quality. I would highly recommend breakfast here
Parking is available right outside the resort entrance

This has to be the best hotel in Fukuoka ! The room is super spacious and beautiful. They do provide lounge are as complimentary every night from 8p. m too and it's free flow alcohol and snacks
The rooms are spacious and generally clean Furnishings abit dated but acceptable They have daily night events and free drinks nightly Location abit deserted Need to access by car
The front desk are helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back to this hotel the next time we visit Fukuoka

At check-in, we were given a room on a lower floor, although we had requested a higher one during booking. The next day the staff kindly changed it for us — excellent service and attention to guests
Traveling with three people can be tricky with hotels, but this place had 4 beds! It was hard to find a room with enough beds for three, but this was excellent value for money
Since it's an older hotel, the bedding was a bit worn, but the facilities were clean and nice. It was spacious, and even had two bathrooms! I'd definitely go back again
Sunbeds and umbrellas are available for an extra fee, while towels can be obtained for free with hotel coupons. The hotel was not crowded, which made the atmosphere peaceful and relaxing
Great location to explore Hakata and friendly staffs who are always smiling to assist my mother and me. They gave me a great impression of people in Kyushu is nice!
I stored luggage at counter before check-in time. When I get back to hotel at night, staff had already placed my luggage in my room. That's very helpful. Location is convenient. Very easy to find the hotel.

The service was also excellent; I could store my luggage upon early arrival, which was very convenient. It's a 2-3 minute walk from Hakata Station, making it super accessible and a great choice for travelers
Very close to Hakata station. Clean and tiny room as expected but it's ok. Continental breakfast included, preferred to have options like chicken instead of just pork if possible.Fridge avail but mine not cold.
There's a 7-Eleven nearby, and on the first floor, they offer coffee and disposable amenities. What's unique is that you use a machine to check in, and then staff come out to assist you
This location very close to Hakata station. There are close to Mini Mart just walked by a couple block. This hotel is quiet, peaceful I sleep very well and economy COST .
Just right at the back of Hakata station, super near to all the shops and near to airport. Staff helped me freeze my mentai products and pass me at 6. Small hotel room but I feel it is already bigger than most
I stayed for 4 consecutive days, and the room was cleaned thoroughly every day. Although the room was small, it had everything I needed

The room was a bit small, couldn't fit two 26-inch suitcases. Also, the desk was quite old and there was only one stool, which made it inconvenient for two girls to do their makeup. The hotel also had a slight odor.

Good basic Hotel with a parking area to store bicycles for free. Small room with two comfortable beds, nice pillows, good amenities (shampoo etc.) and free coffee/tea in the morning. Would stay here again.

I had a dinner party there that night, so I decided to stay overnight. The room was very relaxing, and I was able to enjoy the jacuzzi and sauna. I felt like I was at a resort for a while, and I was sad to leave the room
Here we go~~ For me, except for the pillow, this place was better than the new One Hotel!! Exit Hakata Station's east exit and take the main road on the right. A leisurely 10-minute walk, a brisk 5-minute walk
The ambiance is charming, and the location is close to Hakata Station. The staff are excellent—polite and helpful. There's free parking with multiple entries, making it perfect for trips based in Fukuoka.
A new perspective to define luxury. A bit tropic and funky way of premium resort, of course: with A Style😊😊😊 The balcony, bathroom and the aisle after entrance are great spots for me and my husband
I always stay here when I come on business. The rooms are spacious and relaxing, so I can relax and unwind. The amenities and drinks are also great. The breakfast food is delicious!

Also, the South Asian convenience store clerk at the nearby Lawson has a really poor attitude; I've seen a lot of bad reviews for them on Google Maps
The room was quite spacious, not like the typical Toyoko Inn size, and the amenities were good, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom
It's just 1 night. My booked for attend a concert that day. The enjoy thing was, they also played some song from those concert. 😄😄 thank you..
Hotel is very close to the port so was super easy to catch the ferry. Room was spacious and clean, we had a small kitchen inside the room.
Great value for money, though it's a bit far from the subway station. However, taking a bus is actually quite convenient

Best accommodation that you can't help but love :) Spacious and warm atmosphere, close to the bus terminal, supermarket, and many good restaurants
Very near to bus terminal and easy to go to the Hakata. A lots of buses to Tenjin. Near to Ai Town, a small shopping complex.
Spacious room and good for stay just concern about breakfaar
Smoking is possible in the space in front of the hotel entrance on the first floor. As you can see, it is calm and has good conversational ability. Bicycles and umbrellas can be rented
I am a smoker, so when I book a hotel, the most important thing is whether smoking is allowed or not. This hotel allows smoking in some rooms, so naturally I chose and booked a room that allows smoking

Although it's a capsule hotel, it's always clean and comfortable to stay in. While the quality of guests can be a concern in a capsule hotel, most people are considerate, so it's generally fine
However, on the second day, there were some inconsiderate guests making noise late at night and early in the morning
I wish people would be more mindful of others, but I guess that's just a matter of luck and can't be helped. Luckily, the first day was quiet, which was good!
I have stayed here as 2nd times Good for me and sleep well. Will stay again if visit fuk by myself.
The location is great, and for just sleeping there, it's more than sufficient! There are plenty of sinks and toilets, so I never had to wait

It would be nice if the pool and lounge were open until 9pm if accompanied by a parent or guardian. The staff were refined, always smiling, and showed great hospitality
It was very clean and the pool and sauna were great.
The room is large enough, the view is open, and it has a balcony. The balcony is also equipped with a sofa and mosquito killer lamp. The bathroom has a massage pool big enough for two people

Absolutely fantastic! It's super close to the subway station, the environment is clean and hygienic, and the price is really affordable! The front desk staff are all very friendly, and the free breakfast was much better than expected
I've been staying at this hotel for over a decade, which is hard to believe! When I first came to Japan over ten years ago, this was the cheapest option, costing around 200 yen. It's still pretty much the same price now
I particularly like their Japanese-style rooms because you can roll around on the futon without falling off. 😂😂😂 The building is quite old, and the decor is a bit dated, but it's always well-maintained and clean
The bathroom is tiny, sometimes it's even a bit difficult to squat down on the toilet. However, the amenities provided are quite good, like the full POLA product line. The location is also very convenient
It was really good experience staying in the room with tatami no heya which is very clean and new tatami. My son loves it there and staffs are super nice. Breakfast also amazing, glad they have coffee.

It is recommended to stay for more than two days to visit the nearby attractions in Asakura, Hita and Yame City. There are many foreign employees working in the hotel, but their service attitude is mixed
The service and food were excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. The meals were plentiful and delicious. We could relax and enjoy our traditional ryokan dinner in a private room
There is a hot spring bath that can be rented for 2000 yen per time, and the environment is beautiful. Although there is no private bath, overall the cost performance is very high
Apart from the remote location and average Wi-Fi, there are no disadvantages!! It was worth the two-hour bus ride. The food was exquisite and delicious when the sun was setting
Although it takes about an hour to drive here, many Hong Kong people choose this place. Most of the rooms are large and new, the breakfast and evening food are also very good, and the dinner style changes every day
The locations is rural but they provide free transfer from and to the JR station. The hot spring is over 40 degree celcius so it will be good to go in winter time.

It's very close to the Fukuoka Urban Expressway, right after you exit. Nishijin Station is about a ten-minute walk, and there are plenty of dining and shopping options around there
The parking lot next door is quite expensive, around 1500-1600 yen a day, but you can enter and exit freely. You might find cheaper parking a bit further away
The decor is a bit old-fashioned, with no smart features, but it was an experience to see that 'old money' style
First of all, the transportation is extremely inconvenient. The hotel consists of three or four buildings, resembling apartments, with the lobby far from the rooms
The window faces directly onto the opposite building; if you open the curtains, you can clearly see everything across the street, including the beds
The bed was covered with just a sheet and a mattress protector filled with cotton wadding—uncomfortable and unhygienic
