Very good environment. Surrounding by trees with butterflies flying, insects singing. Nice spa, excellent staff services. A supermarket is just on the opposite of the street. Great place for a leisure holiday.

The room is small, the food is poor, especially the breakfast, there is not even an egg and milk, I asked the waiter if there is any egg (I found out that it is charged separately when I checked out) I was speechless, the soup is also poor, the bathhouse does not even have basic face paint, 3300 is really not worth the price, the place is also bad, it is inside the residential

The overall experience is good! Meal are perfect and probably the best I ever tried. Staff are polite and greet with smile. However outdoor hot spring is a bit dirty, many bugs floating on the water.

The garden environment is very beautiful, and each room is surrounded by a garden. It feels like there are no more than 10 rooms. The room I stayed in has a private hot spring with a wall, and you can't see inside from the outside. It's very comfortable to soak in the private hot spring. When I ate in the restaurant in the hotel on the day of check-in, the diners should be guests, but they should all be Japanese. Although it is very expensive to book on Ctrip, the price for 2 people per night is nearly 6,300 RMB, but the stay experience is still happy. I didn't feel that anyone at the front desk spoke Chinese, but it didn't affect communication. It would be better if there were more vegetarian options. Amitabha.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in is an old hot spring hotel. It is said to have been passed down from generation to generation. The Japanese-style garden design is very beautiful. The Japanese-style room we booked was very spacious and included breakfast and dinner. The hotel has its own farm and ingredients. They are all sourced from their own farms, and Wagyu beef can be delivered all over Japan. The breakfast is very exquisite, and for dinner you can enjoy Kaiseki dishes such as Wagyu beef and lobster. The dining service in the room is very good, and you can also choose to eat in the restaurant. The hotel service is very good, providing daily pick-up and drop-off services to the airport, Hayato Station, and Kokubu Station. The hotel staff will proactively ask if you need to make a reservation for pick-up every day, and provide one-on-one pick-up with high-end vehicles. There is free freshly ground coffee in the lobby and free minibars in the rooms. There is a private bath in the room, which can be used indoors or outdoors. The free public bath has three outdoor hot spring pools and one large indoor hot spring pool. The hot spring water is so hot that you will sweat after soaking in it for a while. It is a rare carbonated spring in Japan. Opposite the hotel is a large supermarket with a variety of Kagoshima specialties and fresh ingredients, as well as a convenience store.
