Minamata Super hotel is conveniently located with supermarket and eateries nearby. Staff is polite and helpful. Will come back again.

I wish there was a deodorizing spray in the toilets.
They only serve drinks up to 20p, which is too early.
It says it's ionized water, but I don't feel like drinking the water that comes out of the tap.

The only disappointment was that it was a unit bath, but everything else was very good.

I was able to stay hydrated with plenty of ice and water, and there was also a welcome bar, which was very helpful.

The staff's service and greetings were very pleasant.
Although the hotel is old, it is kept clean and well-maintained, so I didn't feel uncomfortable.
For consecutive nights, it was very helpful that the beds were not made and bottled water was provided.
It would have been even better if there had been fruit for breakfast.
I will definitely use this hotel again when I visit Minamata.

2nd year that we have stayed here. Lovely staff and nice Japanese breakfast in the morning. Close enough to the places we want to go.

The staff at the hotel is super friendly and very helpful.
Free breakfast (combination of Japanese and western).
The rooms are clean and convenient, loaded with only basic amenities.
You are welcome to grab an extra pillows available at the front office.
Limited car Parking and has to paid additionally.
Tourist friendly hotel, as the staff can understand English and guide you.

The staff here is great and super friendly. The bed is also great and they have extra pillows available to grab and use at the front office you want one. In the morning the breakfast was quite nice.

Great amenities with friendly and helpful staff. Hotel room is superbly equipped for travellers with IT equipment as their single room have various types of chargers without having the need to have travel charger adapter.

Very similar to ibis hotels in Europe. In the breakfast bar listening to the infinitely repeated descending minor third and background electronic jingle, eating off a tray, surrounded by silent Japanese Professional business travelers I felt like I was in a futuristic sci fi movie. A place to sleep. Select your pillow. That is about it.
