The room was dark and quiet at night and the air conditioning meant I could cool the room down when needed, helpful during the unexpected heatwave. Staff were always helpful when I had any questions or requests. Having a convience store next to the hotel was great and only a 15 minute walk from the major train station.

04.05.2025 Takako

Room is just too small, bath room just too small. Staffs are trying to be nice but almost no experience.
It is all right for one night stay. It does not fit to my needs.

26.04.2025 TSU

It was fun to be able to see the Shinkansen and local trains from the edge of the 20th floor. It was a nice room. Apa has great amenities. It's rare to get a room like this, so I feel like I got a special deal.

22.04.2025 Anonymous

There aren't many inns with hot springs in the area, so it was nice that this one had one. There was also a Family Mart downstairs, which was convenient.

10.04.2025 Jeremy

Fantastic location. Surrounded by great places to eat. Five minutes from Sendai station.

23.03.2025 z

The bath and breakfast are great. The coin laundry is also convenient.

18.01.2022 Tu

Relatively close to the station, not too far from the main shopping district (Cris Road, Parco, etc).
The indoor onsen was great but can get crowded so it's best to go during off peak hours. The hotel room was also very comfy especially the bed.

03.08.2021 Matthew

Had to change rooms because the air-conditioning was broken in my first one. The pillows were those incredibly uncomfortable bead-type ones which made sleeping difficult. You can hear the trains from the nearby station late at night/early morning, so not good for light sleepers.

Overall not too bad though.

I paid 4000yen (40 dollars?) which seems about right, I wouldn't want to pay more for this standard of lodging.

02.08.2021 Bijay

Good thing:
Check-in was easy. They let us keep our luggages before we check-in so we can look around the city. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes walk from Sendai station.

Bad thing: we booked 6 individuals room but we didn’t know that they booked all the smoking rooms. Those rooms are super smelly for non smokers ..

So i would request you all to confirm about this smoking room while you booked your one.

23.03.2021 Russell

Not bad for the price, but on the train station side of the hotel we listened to the shinkansen all night long.
