This hotel is located in a quite diplomatic area near 4th circle. Many taxi drivers find it hard to locate due to many one ways and security cordons nearby. We need to catch a cab, for anywhere you want to go. The hotel cabs are expensive and there are no taxi stands nearby. The hotel is quite, the restaurent and bar is good. The Hotel is situated near to city. Rooms are good with most of the amenities. Room service is little poor and Reception people have difficulty understanding International Customers needs. Otherwise it’s a very good Hotel and best part the Food Spread.

I stayed there for 2 days. Room is renovated and clean, Wi-Fi was perfect, staff nice. Will stay here again. The location is central, next to embassies so it's a very safe neighborhood and quite for a peaceful sleep.

This was my favorite hotel during my trip to Jordan! All the staff were so kind and helpful with everything. The dinner and breakfast had a great variety, were clean, and freshly made. The room was very spacious and spotless, and the hotel also has parking space. Everything was just perfect!

My parents and I really enjoyed our stay at Petra Canyon. We had a great view of the city and Petra, the room was clean and comfortable and the dinner buffet was very nice. Would recommend!

This hotel is a good choice for the area, and its location is excellent, directly across from the Horseshoe Road, offering breathtaking views. The $100 room rate includes breakfast and dinner for two, which is quite a bargain.

The hotel is nice, the food is delicious. The only downside is that some money disappeared from the safe; some was stolen from a bag that was in the safe. We called the hotel, and the first thing they said was that the hotel isn't responsible for missing money or items. If you plan to stay there, I advise you not to leave anything valuable in your room.

Good hotel. I was only there for 6 hours. It's really close to Petra. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The receptionist, Mohammad, helped me tie my head wrap. Decent breakfast with egg bar . Would stay again.

This hotel is rated 4 stars. The hotel building looks 4 stars but the service was not. My first problem was with my TV. Sound but no picture but this was rectified. My room was very comfortable. The bathroom was small but adequate. The restaurant service was indifferent. I waited for 20mins for someone to take my dinner order before going & looking for someone. It was my first time in Jordan and everyone took great care of me so I had a great time. I was a little worried because there were a lot of negative reviews, but contrary to my worries, the service was really good.

everything was good, room was nice , big and clean , however shower pressure was not strong , which meant me spending considerable amount of time just in shower, as water was just dripping, i suggest management repair the shower in the rooms where there is no pressure or fix it by other ways.

Even though the room could use a little renovation, you can still imagine that this Hotel used to be upscale. It came with a living room.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL FROM THE FRONT DOOR HANDLE. The front door handle is installed poorly and without thought, and if you are not careful you will injure yourself. I injured my thumb and it caused bruising and bled just by using the handle as it is intended. I hope that building management fixes this issue so that other do not also injure themselves

Clean and spacious enough room. Change of towels and remaking of the bed today. Bathroom equipped with various comforts. We had dinner for two consecutive evenings and except for one dish, the dishes were repeated over the days. Little variety even in breakfast. Absence of desserts. Friendly and kind staff.

Hotel a little outside Amman, but with a taxi 10 minutes traffic permitting you are in the center, very kind staff we had an upgrade since there were 3 of us with 2 connecting rooms. I found it to be a pretty decent hotel, considering the price and the average price for Jordan. A very spacious, clean room, comfortable bed, refrigerator, and good shower (you don't get cold in it like some other hotels...). It has a huge supermarket nearby, which is useful for shopping. Since Uber taxis are cheap, even if it's not in the city center, you can easily get to the city center in 15 minutes...

It’s strategically located in the Center of everything. The Gentlemen at the Desk are very nice except the Rude lady who checked us in. The downside, they have a small Elevator carrying 3 people at a given time. It’s okay. I would give it Three Star s

This property was a good value. Clean and had a great breakfast. Good location for walking to nearby restaurants, shops, and the marina. If you are looking for a quiet place, this location is not for you. Our room window faced the street where taxis parked below, honking persisted, and shop owners talked loudly until very late which made sleeping difficult.

Stayed at this hotel for a 2nd time & the room was not so clean as the 1st room & was more outdated and had a horrible strong smell! Other than that everything else was good, breakfast is decent, we only stayed for the night so didn’t want to spend much! Beddings were clean! The pool is open from 6am till 11pm. Fantastic hotel experience with polite staff, very clean rooms, great service, calm atmosphere, and excellent location.

Overall, a good impression. The location is about 2 km from the entrance to Petra. It's a hilly road with ups and downs, so you'll need to take a taxi – around 2-3 dinars each way. (Ride-hailing apps don't work in the city, so you'll have to negotiate with taxi drivers directly). Breakfasts were decent. Everything in the room worked fine, no issues. The room itself wasn't very big.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok, we stayed for dinner one night too which was pretty reasonable. Overall good value for the price. Only downside is it’s not an easy walk back up the hill after a full day at Petra!
