Everything was excellent — the people were very friendly and did their best to make you happy. The room was clean, and the food was perfect.
The stay was nice, really helpful staff, breakfast was really good, the room was amazing, cozy, clean and tidy, would recommend
Wonderful stay and i highly recommend it whether for leisure trips or business.. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable . The staff were professional friendly and quick to respond to any request
- The hotel is in good location
- Good breakfast
- Good WIFI
- They refused to have my own tool box (I am an engineer with light tool box) and insist that I leave it at the reception which is very strange
- It is very noisy when there is a party (which is almost everyday) I could not sleep as the sound was inside my room
This review will address wifi speeds, customer service, and overall satisfaction from my two week stay. The first week was in room 417 (single king bed room) and the second week was in room 104 (single king bed executive suite). The Positives of the hotel is the staff is friendly and helpful for the most part. The rooms are clean yet the furniture could use some updating. My first week in room 41...
We stayed at this hotel for about two weeks, and it was an excellent experience overall. The location is perfect , very close to top restaurants, shops, and malls, which saves a lot of time and transportation costs.
The service is outstanding, the cleanliness is excellent, and the hotel is well-organized and fully equipped with everything you might need. What stood out the most was the constant follow...

had a great stay at Sparr Hotel Amman. The location is very strategic, making it easy to get around the city and access nearby attractions, restaurants, and services. The staff were very nice, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. The room was comfortable, clean, and suitable for a relaxing stay. On top of that, the price is affordable and offers good value...
Average hotel, not very well maintained. Don't be the last to eat; you won't have much choice. Friendly staff.
Excellent hotel compared to price. Very very tasty breakfast. Clean, spacious and big rooms. Staff is very kind. Room service is quick. I highly recommend this hotel. For location, you may use uber or taxi from reception.
We stayed for one night, the rooms were spacious , clean and comfy , with basic amenities, The breakfast and dinner buffet were of good taste and variety ... As for the location, it's located next to a small mall and in the proximity of a commercial street ...
The reception was very good and the food was delicious. The cleanliness is excellent and the place is in the middle of the city, I liked it very much.
Good value for money! This hotel has very good breakfast !! It goes beyond the 3 stars for breakfast Rooms are spacious and comfortable I stayed for 4 nights evtg was smooth . It's a good deal close to the highway and to restaurants It's recommended .

Depends what you're looking for.
Zero parking if you have a rental car, but good area.
Be prepared to get stuck in traffic.
Walking distance from most shops.
Very good value for the money you will pay in this hotel. Crystal Hotel is very good for a short stay in my opinion as I spent three nights last month everything was very good and also they are serving a breakfast. It’s really simply breakfast, but it was good enough for me as I was alone.
I recommended for every single traveler
Great Value for money, service and location. I booked this hotel same day.Receptionist was very hospitable and helpful .Honestly it’s alot better than Top rated hotels in the area. The hotel is very underrated. Located in a quiet and safe area, also close to multiple services (walking distance. We also received a free room upgrade without asking for it. Complimentary water as-well, breakfast can be...
Clean, excellent service, tidy, friendly staff, perfect location, one of the best hotels in Amman.
Very comfortable and clean. Staff were helpful and professional. Breakfast was not the best in the world... but edible and adequate. I would definitely stay in this hotel again on a future visit. Though I have to add that this is probably not the best choice for light sleepers as the surrounding area can be quite noisy at night.

Fantastic place to stay. Away from the rush of Amman, much cheaper, great restaurants nearby, and close enough to Amman and other things to see it all. A great option for a visit to Jordan!
Excellent service from reception. Clean and spacious room. Delightful stay.
Staff at reception was very helpful and good. We were blessed by the fruit and Jordain sweet treats in the room. The room was clean and the amenities were good 👍
Very Clean comfortable beautiful hotel ! would come back to this really grand hotel ! recommended !!❤️

The hotel was excellent value for money and the bedroom spacious and comfortable. Super comfortable beds. Easy to walk into the busier part of town. Breakfast was good and the pool looked great, although we did not have time to enjoy that! Great for a short stay over when touring in Jordan

I’m giving this hotel 5 stars for its location because I visited it in July 2007. It was like a paradise for me compared to Baghdad at that time ( war time). I spent 3 weeks here with my friend and they were very happy days because we were away from the war. Inshallah will visit it one day. I loved Amman. It was beautiful city. This time I don’t need to wait in the airport for 7 hours because of my...

Very nice affordable hotel. Great service. Abd who greeted us allowed us to leave our bags prior to check in. He was very friendly and responsive to my enquiries. Room was spacious and clean.
The room is spacious and clean. A decent option for a short stay.
Special thanks to Abed for being kind and very helpful.
The breakfast was good, and the strawberries were sweet.
Hotel overall facilities are dated but functional. Room noise insulation is poor. My room is located next to the lift, I can hear every guest exiting/entering the lift, not to mention traffic outside the hotel. Breakfast is decent. Overall great location, close proximity to Amman citadel.

This was my second stay here, and it's a great family-run hotel.

The staff were great, the hotel's location was excellent, but the rooms needed some minor maintenance.
The location is perfect as it was near the shops and restaurants. It was in the middle of a narrow street (I don't have a car so it doesn't apply to me).
The room is great, it exceeds my expectations. It was comfortable to sleep and I don't even want to go outside and explore the city anymore just to take a rest from my previous trip. They have AC and a ceiling fan which is nice to see (maybe whether...
This hotel really stood out. We felt treated very well. We got tips and diving equipment. The parrot was an additional very cool feature. I can't complain at all. We were allowed to choose the room and we chose one with a view on the sea and Eilat.
Jordanians are known to be hospitable, and the staff at Roza hotel was no exception to it. they have been very helpful, I was allowed to put the bike in the room during my 5 days stay.
The room was comfortable, there is a TV but I had to call the staff to plug it at the power sockets didn't match the cabling from the devices. Unfortunately, all channels were in Arabic, there was not a single one in...
Excellent place. Great room standard, like in an expensive hotels but for much cheaper. Friendly and helpfull staff. Street parking - we didn't have a problem to find a spot at any time of the day. The only thing I regret is that there was no air conditioning. Other than that I was satisfied.
Nice lobby. Very specious rooms and nice beds, otherwise the quality of the rooms is not great.
Shereen was really sweet and very professional. Hospitality was and clean and wonderful smell of the room! Everytime my sibling come to visit in Jordan we book and sandy palace hotel.
We held our wedding at Sandy Palace Hotel, and it was absolutely magical. The staff were incredibly attentive, the decorations were elegant, and every detail was perfectly executed. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful and well-organized everything was. Highly recommended for any special occasion!"
Great for price. Driving 10 min from downtown.

Location is very convenient.
The room was very clean and tidy. Reasonable prices.
Reception staff were very amazing and friendly especially Saeed and Abduallah. Big thanks to them.
Definitely recommends this place
Meneur Hotel is excellent in terms of service and staff professionalism. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, and the overall service is outstanding. Highly recommended.
I had a lovely time there. Good prices, nice people, and they have a restaurant in the hotel with excellent service.
Overall, the stay was good.
However, considering the price, we expected a bit more. The carpet and the bathroom could benefit from additional cleaning, and there was no water heater (kettle) available.
The hotel is old and the rooms are old as well. It’s a budget hotel so you get what you pay for. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. I consider this a good value for your money and it’s especially good if you are traveling and want any layover in Jordan.

i really like this place for its quietness and simplicity ,,the rooms were clean and the breakfast is surprisingly good even in low seasons and the staff are polite. the best part though is the beach, you can see corals in different colors and fish and its honestly beautiful, i would come back just for that alone. the only real downside is the lack of shuttle buses since a taxi to downtown costs at...
Beautiful facility. Nice beach area with tells. Snorkeling right off shore. Hot tub with a view. Large comfortable beds. Very friendly and attentive staff delicious ala carte menu. Highly recommend. Anyone complaining about this place is just being petty.
The resort looks amazing and everything was perfectly taken care of. The reception staff were lovely and very kind, making us feel welcome right away. Breakfast was great, and the staff made sure the tables were always clean and guests were happy. The pool area was beautiful, with an incredible view of the sea. It was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy our stay.
Wonderful hotel in a stunning location with a private coral beach and diving centre. The staff were wonderful. Complimentary treats in the mini fridge was a lovely touch. My only minor disappointment was breakfast which was a bit mixed - the hotel was fairly quiet and so maybe there wasn’t enough of a turnover of food (the salads looked a bit tired and on the second morning there was chopped up sausages...

I will be honest. For a 3-star hotel, the outdoor areas and the swimming pool feel more like a 5-star property. Everything is spotless, well maintained, and carefully looked after, creating a very positive first impression.
The breakfast is simple, fresh, and well organized. During breakfast, we were even welcomed by the chef himself, who came out later to greet us personally, which shows professionalism...
The location of the place is just wonderful. It's a five minute walk to Petra, and 2 minute walk to many restaurants and shops in the area.
The room was clean and tidy, except for some quality issues, like the bathroom quality was really low, the water would change from extremely hot to cold throughout the shower. The TV was not working, as well as the phone.
I would like to thank Mohammad Hasannat...

Very nice and clean hotel... Nice staff. The area near Al Yarmouk University is really nice full of markets, cafe and food shop. Also its 5 minutes driving to Irbid city centre as well as Arabella Mall. Price is excellent
compared to other hotel. RECOMMENDED.
Excellent location, staff very friendly specially Mr. Deyaa, nice breakfast, but rooms need to be updated.
Not the most appealing hotel from the outside but they more than make up for it with the courteous service by the front desk staff and the spacious rooms.
For irbid, this hotel is as good as it gets, if I’m ever in town again I’ll definitely be staying here. Breakfast was included however did not get a chance to try it as I had to leave early.
One of the best hotels to stay in comparing with others in the area, wide rooms and good service; but, some times its price goes high.
It is a nice clean hotel. Near the University but not on the noisy street. I would recommend a higher room with windows open to the west (University st.) because the view is really beautiful. The rooms open to south have balconies and nice if the weather is good.
Also there is a 24/7 supermarket just outside and a good Falafel place beside it.

The experience was good. The location is about 2 km from the Citadel (to the east) and about 2 km from the Jett intercity bus office (to the west). The breakfast is standard. The room was cool (it was January), but that issue has been resolved.
The water is hot and has good pressure. The room has an electric stove, microwave, and refrigerator.
The mosque is nearby, and you'll be woken up at 6 a.m....
We had a short overnight stay due to our flight arrival time into Jordan. We had booked a taxi via the hotel which wasn’t there when we exited. This might have been due to driver not coming or not waiting as it took a long time for us to get through passport control. I tried to call the hotel contact as didn’t know WhatsApp calls from Uk phone numbers don’t work in Jordan, but also left a message....
The hotel is very spacious and has simple kitchen in the room, price is reasonable and well equipped, recommended
Clean amd very well located in a quiet suburb of Amman (15mkn walk to center, another 15 to go to the citadel), rooms are big and clean. Little garden with small swimming pool very surely a must in the hot days. Breakfast and furnishment are though dissapointing hence the 3 in stead of 4. Staff very friendly. Several restaurants and bars/coffee shops in the area worth the visit. So globally positive...
Well located hotel with apartment style with kitchenette with free water.. the apartment clean and the WiFi is strong, nice staff and good breakfast in the roof top with nice view to Amman city, we ordered food from near by restaurant , there are many cafes around.
Very nice hotel. We spent in total 3 nights in two different periods of our holiday. Both the rooms were extremely clean and spacious. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of options. The room location was also very convenient. Parking is available along the street right in front of the hotel.
I arrived late around 1 AM, and the hotel staff kindly waited for me to complete the check-in. Edward and his wife were especially wonderful — not only did they wait for me, but they are an extremely kind couple who provide excellent service and make you feel truly welcome. I also forgot my AirPods at the hotel, and they are making arrangements to return them to the USA. Their honesty, care, and professionalism...
It was fantastic! The room was huge; it's a hotel converted from the owner's home. The breakfast was incredibly generous. It was also very quiet. There were three boxes of tissues in the room, and the bed was so big it could sleep four people. I wish I could stay here for a few more days. It's so convenient to get around. I really love Madaba, and I love this hotel. It's so beautiful! There's also...
It appears to be a guesthouse converted from a private villa. The owner was very helpful in providing travel advice. Breakfast was served in the rooftop restaurant, and the selection was very plentiful and diverse, including both Middle Eastern and Western options.
Everything was perfect. Great place to visit Madaba or as a home base for a day at the dead sea.
The owner is very nice; he answered our questions about nearby attractions very attentively and considerately.
His parents seem to care a lot about travelers, as they brought nice snacks for breakfast.
The only minor drawback is the slightly awkward toilet layout; be careful when opening it.
Also, the check-in system still uses keys, which is a bit inconvenient.
Overall, I highly recommend it....

I plan to book hotel at Amman and somehow I confuse with location and book this hotel at Madaba (40 minute from Amman ) it’s turn to be amazing place to visit .
Hotel very nice - warm - safe - breakfasts cozy and near to all tourist spot location.
I happy that stay here
The room was nice, and the water pressure was high.
Overall, it was okay, and the managers were friendly. I don't speak English, so I was able to communicate smoothly through the app. They also recommended restaurants for dinner. I was traveling by rental car, and it was great.
The facilities are a bit old, but the hotel has a great location. It's right next to the church with the mosaic murals, which is super convenient; the front desk gave us tickets, saving us money. Breakfast was average, but what more could you ask for at this price?
I didn't expect much, but I was satisfied with the location and service. They even gave me free admission to a nearby church. The only downside was that the rooftop was under renovation. The view and food there looked decent, though. Parking is available anywhere nearby. ^^
