The hotel is indeed within walking distance to the attractions, but the surrounding area feels a bit chaotic and I don’t think it’s very safe. Also, the soundproofing is extremely poor and there’s no hairdryer. I think it’s acceptable for a one-night layover before a flight, but not more than that.

The property is an older building, but perfectly maintained and perfectly clean. You would think the place was built last week. The breakfast was very good every day. Everyone at the hotel was helpful and friendly. I place I want to stay at again.

The location of the hotel is very good, in the downtown business district, but some rooms are close to the road, so the sound insulation effect is not very good. Good last minute hotel. We were rained out in Wadi Rum, and had to find a last minute hotel for the tour group. This was a decent hotel. The beds were soft! And when we asked for more pillows, they happily brought them to us. We asked for another comforter and they brought that as well. The price is right, in the city center, the breakfast is rich, and it is very convenient to eat. The front desk can also exchange currency, but the exchange rate is not high. I will choose this hotel next time I stay in Dammam.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. It's very close to the Jett bus station, making it very convenient for me to buy a bus ticket to Petra, which departs at 6 am. This hotel is a Four stars' hotel. It was working before perfectly till 2018. The mist tenants were from Arabian Gulf countries and specially from Iraq. Now when I came here to have a look, I was surprised they are rebuilding it and renovation. It will look very good when the renovation carried out.

Valet service will take care of your car, while bellboy will unload your baggage and deliver it directly to your room. The service here was wonderful. Everyone was very kind. The food in La Brasserie was delicious. Iyad our server was so kind to us. In the bathrooms the plugs only accommodate shavers. Blow dryers and curling irons must be plugged in somewhere in the room.
