It was a clean hotel. Great customer service. Great breakfast. Close to petra visitor center
The hotel was comfortable, clean and offered great breakfast. It’s within a 5-10 minute walk from Petra. A great value.
There are some convinced stores around where you can get water and snacks
Room air conditioning is turned off at night by staff regardless of room temperature. Sleeping was very uncomfortable.
Great location in a good hotel
Great stay, location is a few steps away from the main visit entrance.
Very good value for money.
Central location and within walking distance to Petra visitor center.

We had a great time staying at the hotel. Would stay again.
Nice and clean , great location and friendly staff
Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Location is perfect to visit all major must-see places
Lovely hotel, nice location just away from the centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful, food was great
Room was clean but there was only 3 hangers in our closet (??) we could've use a few more to hang our clothes. Toilet seat was plastic and slides from side to side. Shower head needs cleaning - water wasn't coming out as well as it should due to come clogged holes.
Like: Hotel is in a very convenient location with lots of nearby shopping and dining options. (+++)
Friendly staff, great location, very clean & comfortable

Good location, close to the beach. Interesting architecture;)
Pretty nice looking hotel in a great location. It's located in a center, close to a beach, fort and other spots. The staff was helpful.
The room was good for a one night stay. It was clean and large. Only problem was the awful central AC which was incredibly loud even on slow setting. As it was impossible to use, the room was pretty warm, I can't imagine sleeping here in a summer. Our room was close...
Amazing hotel! Everyone’s super nice and helpful.
Big thanks to Mohammad Hazimeh— he’s really kind and does his work so well. Everything’s always clean and perfect!
Excellent hotel! We stayed for a night and it was just perfect. Very friendly staff, very nice rooms. I will always have very good memories from this hotel and hope to return soon. I really enjoyed the fact that we could see the city through the window, and I actually loved the fact that someone living nearby had a little place with roosters and sheep. Thank you for everything and a very nice stay...

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel the room was clean and comfortable, and everything seemed well maintained. The staff were polite and helpful whenever I needed something. It’s not an overly fancy place, but it was quiet, tidy, and made my stay easy
This was brought to my room for Sohoor.!
That my second time staying here within six months after they remodeled this hotel, I liked it both times clean, comfy and smells very good thanks .🙏
A beautiful, clean, and quiet hotel with very friendly reception staff who provide prompt service. They also offer airport transfers. I met the hotel manager, Tariq, who was very friendly and strives to provide even better service.
The prices were also good; I stayed for about 25 days.
I recommend booking and enjoying
G hotel amman is one of the better hotels around. For the price you get a lot.
The staff are polite, friendly and helpful. They really helped us with their car service for a day out to the dead sea. I absolutely recommend it. The rooms are a little tight if you have a big suitcase but overall the whole package is great.
Food wise. The breakfast is amazing, buffet style so you'll definitely find something...
This was better then we expected as far as comfort and location. The gardens area proved to be the better location from all the stays we had in Amman.Muyad gave us a Double room for privacy for my daughter he was very accommodating and honest.Hotel is clean, staff was way better then the the higher level hotels we stayed at In Amman.

Every thing was perfect!! 1000% will come again
I recently stayed at Zaina Plaza Hotel and had a decent experience overall. The location is really good, especially if you want to be close to the city center and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made things easier during my stay. The room was clean, but pretty basic—don’t expect anything fancy. It’s more of a budget-friendly place, so it’s good if you just need somewhere simple to...

Incredible place and nice atmosphere.
Simply outstanding. The hotel combines luxury, comfort, and sincere hospitality in a way that feels effortless. Every moment felt thoughtfully crafted, making it a rare and unforgettable stay.

Area the hotel is in is very noisey.
This is my second stay in this hotel, lovely area, good staff, enjoyed walking in the area, very safe.
Over all recommended.
Staff were very professional and helpful. Rooms were very clean, close to shops and down town , very nice area by the 5th circle. I will rebook again.
Much regards.
I stayed here as part of my G Adventures tour last month. It was a comfortable stay with friendly and helpful service. Check-in was fast and I even used the hotel car once to take me into the downtown area. I paid the driver 5 JD as opposed to the 2-3 JD I would have paid for a cab. The breakfast buffet was just OK. There was only fruit one of the mornings. I wanted more of a hot breakfast so I ordered...
I had to move from my hotel in Amman to Retaj as I wanted to expand my visit and my hotel was fully booked, the room is spacious and clean but it was super noisy because of noise coming from street and because of staff attitude.. I put do not disturb sign on my door however the cleaning guy was putting his equipment just infront of my door and making huge noise that woke me up at 6 am. As for breakfast...
During my 8-day tour of Jordan with G Adventures, our tour group stayed 3 nights at the Retaj Hotel. For the first two nights, I stayed in room 212, and for the third night, I stayed in room 303. I found room 303 to be in slightly better condition than 212. Both had comfortable beds and a stocked mini fridge. Bathroom in 212 had a bathtub/shower and no bidet. Bathroom in 303 had a walk-in shower...

THE BEST HOTEL IVE EVER BEEN TO IN AQABA!!!
I came to this hotel after coming from a horrible hotel and the service was absolutely fantastic and phenomenal! Perfect stay in Amman. Actually couldn’t think of a better hotel.
Location: directly in the heart of the old town with all sights, bazaars and local people everywhere. Much better than any artificial new hotel area.
Room: spacious, good bathroom. Quiet at night. Had a good sleep.
Gym: not big but well equipped for a hotel of this size. Absolutely sufficient.
Breakfast: great variety of local dishes...
Nice hotel, located in a tourist location, close to cafes, shops and historical sites.
Staff super helpful and locations is great.
The hotel is indeed within walking distance to the attractions, but the surrounding area feels a bit chaotic and I don’t think it’s very safe. Also, the soundproofing is extremely poor and there’s no hairdryer. I think it’s acceptable for a one-night layover before a flight, but not more than that.
It's very quiet despite the very busy area location👍
Beautiful place, great location, helpful and nice staff, yummy breakfast, complements to the chef for his omelette, a great value for the money.

Very clean, great location,
and excellent customer service from the wonderful staff!
Thanks very much, hope to be back again one day
Great value for the price, everything was good. Staff are really helpful, polite and friendly. Would definitely go there again.
good people good stay! i would just say a bit more attention to detail is needed in terms of the rooms, also a bit hot in the hotel corridors reception areas otherwise all was well!
I always stay in this hotel when I travel to Aqaba
The property is an older building, but perfectly maintained and perfectly clean. You would think the place was built last week. The breakfast was very good every day. Everyone at the hotel was helpful and friendly. I place I want to stay at again.
The location of the hotel is very good, in the downtown business district, but some rooms are close to the road, so the sound insulation effect is not very good. The quality of sleep at night is relatively poor, the hot water in the hotel is not too hot, and. Breakfast is too simple, basically nothing delicious.

I was a bit unsure about booking this place because of the mixed reviews, but my experience was actually pretty decent. The room was clean, the staff were polite, and everything worked fine for a short stay.
It’s a simple, no-frills hotel—not luxury—but for the price, it does the job. I think some of the older reviews might reflect past issues, but it looks like they’ve improved things.
If you're...
I don't understand why this hotel has such low ratings on here. Just goes to show that you can't trust reviews anymore. I enjoyed staying there and I will definitely stay there again, nothing wrong with the hotel at all. It's a comfortable, cozy environment, and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
I thought the hotel was lovely. Clean, fresh smell and the rooms and hallways and the stuff always extremely kind and friendly, and they went out of the way to make us feel comfortable. I'd definitely recommend for a 'value for money' stay
The Sadeen Hotel is located about 30 minutes drive from the city. There are no tourist attractions close by so travelers need to have their own transport arrangements. Beds were very comfy. Air conditioning worked as intended. Bathrooms were brand new and modern. Breakfast, although minimal in selection, was pretty good. Location lets you walk anywhere from nearby restaurants, the beach to Jett Bus Station. Honestly it’s a pretty good choice since you get everything as advertised.
Good last minute hotel. We were rained out in Wadi Rum, and had to find a last minute hotel for the tour group. This was a decent hotel. The beds were soft! And when we asked for more pillows, they happily brought them to us. We asked for another comforter and they brought that as well. We had an issue with the lamp and a lightbulb burned out, and the front desk immediately took care of the issues...

Very nice hotel in center city. You can get taxi in front of the hotel, staff very helpful exactly Islam she helps me to visit all attractions in amman , thank you so much

Islam, the receptionist, is a lovely person, and very helpful! The rooms are good. She can also provide you with a good prices trip idea based on your days in Jordan

Fantastic hotel. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, food is good (the Kanafeh was incredible), and the staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The view of the city from the upper floors is also great. The pool seemed nice as well though I didn't get a chance to use it.
The area of Amman is also convenient, great as a home base to explore this area of Jordan.
Very good hotel with nice view of the city. The room I got was very spacious, clean and well prepared. The AC system also works very efficient.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Valet service will take care of your car, while bellboy will unload your baggage and deliver it directly to your room.
The only disadvantages were that the room could be refurbished and there is no tea/coffee stand...
The service here was wonderful. Everyone was very kind. The food in La Brasserie was delicious. Iyad our server was so kind to us. In the bathrooms the plugs only accommodate shavers. Blow dryers and curling irons must be plugged in somewhere in the room.

Everyone is making pictures there. Amazing. The staff is great, professional and friendly. Breakfast was very good, all you can think of is available in the buffet.
