We stayed here at the end of January 2026. The hotel was nice and clean, and the food at the restaurant was very good.

The hotel is in a busy city, but it is very quiet at night and there is no music. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to McDonald's from the side path. The stay was quite comfortable.

It’s not easy to find parking for your car

I spent my birthday weekend in hyatt regency hotel. Best team ever specially the staff Firas, one of the best room service managers i ever met. made me 2 birthday cakes with flowers and balloons. Was literally heartwarming and so kind of him. Everything was amazing the location, the food and ambiance. I only think that they need to level up the room equipments and provide more of housekeeping in rooms

This hotel was amazing but couldn’t sleep from the AC generator that was outside my room.

This is a lovely place that is conveniently located-- and it has a delicious rooftop restaurant and a spa with steamroom and sauna in the basement. Top to bottom great!! I did not get a massage, but I used the steamroom after my long flight in and slept so well!! The staff was lovely, the room was clean-- I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The room was a bit old, but everything was kept very tidy. No one came to ask about cleaning each day; they only inquired when you were leaving. Every staff member was smiling and very welcoming.

I have stayed 2 nights in Thousand nights hotel, and have really good experience here. The location is wonderful, surround there’s Abu Jbara restaurant, Zalatimo brothers and famous sweet dessert shop. The room is clean and comfortable, very quiet. Although I only stayed for one night, the luxurious and grand decor left a deep impression. It's newly renovated with modern amenities. The location is excellent, not far from any attractions.

The service and the private Dead Sea beach were decent, but the rooms were really old. Luckily, I only stayed one night.

The room was rather remote, facing the Dead Sea. There was a free shuttle bus, but the downside was that the XC Hotel advertised a buffet for 10 JD per person, but when I got there, the receptionist said it was 17 JD. Thinking it was late, I decided to eat at the hotel, but when I asked at the buffet, they said it was 16 JD. They finally offered us a discount to 14 JD, which is equivalent to 140 RMB...

Pool was crowded. Food is good. Service is good. You do need a car there as food and drinks are not allowed. Careem costs around 16 JD each way to city; therefore it is cheaper to eat at hotel.

Amazing stuff, very helpful and ready to assist any time. My luggage was lost by the airline and was delivered to the hotel between my stays - everything went smoothly. On the top of it, they assist you via WhatsApp and reply within minutes. Great location, nice new rooms. I really recommend to stay here while in Amman.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is new and very clean.  The staff are super friendly. Very friendly, welcoming and accommodating staff. Good food options. Great mountain views. Unfortunately the pool was being renovated which spoilt some of the view. The hotel organised Petra by night tickets and transport and there was a free shuttle service during the day.

I booked this hotel specifically for the pool view, but it turns out the pool is under maintenance during winter, so there's no view to be had. I'm very disappointed. If I had known this beforehand, I wouldn't have booked here.

Large room, with perfect bathroom. Very good the pool and the free shuttle service to Petra. Good and large breakfast. Only dinner isn't up to par with the hotel; the buffet is always the same and poorly prepared. It's worth considering that the price of our package was very reasonable, so it's no problem. But at full price, the restaurant isn't worth the stay.

The hotel is located on the top of the hill. The view from the hotel is so beautiful. On the day I stay (08/09) the swimming pool was under renovate so I could not see the view from swimming pool. The downside is the breakfast does not have so much choice.

The door in my bathroom is a broken one. Didn’t have time to report during my stay, but obviously the maintenance team may work harder. The location is the best, and all the drinks & little snacks in the mini bar are complimentary! It was a bit chaotic during the check-in as it was a busy hour. i

It's perfect place for my family to stay at reasonable price. It's very close to Petra enterance and breakfast was really good. Small details were well arranged for customer.

Hotel is supery located just in front of Petra visitor centre which makes things very convenient. It is also a short walk to nearby convenience shops, restaurants, forex etc if you need anything urgent. The hotel is maintained well, well lit and have a cozy ambiance which provides a good rest after a long day in Petra.

The image shows a pool. There was no pool. Most facilities are shared with the Petra Moon luxury hotel less than 2 minutes away. This includes the spa which was limited but fine. The breakfast was good, but being a 2 minute walk from the Petra visitors centre was the best thing about this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful

Extremely close to the front entrance of Petra with a free car park behind and to the side of the hotel. Breakfast is pretty much the same everyday, but pancakes and eggs are made fresh, which was appreciated.

Lovely hotel situated at the top of Petra. It's rooms are lovely and views are to die for. Sunsets are just the best. There is a dog on site that barks a bit but I was so tired I didn't hear it too much. Food from the al carte menu was cold, and not every nice. Apart from this it was a lovely 1 night stay

The staff are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is a little dated but still very pleasant and a great location away from the hustle outside the visitors gate. Food and drink was good and the view of the mountains and Petra at sunset is one of the best memories of my Jordan.

I can only recommend this hotel to anyone staying near Petra. It has a great view from the mountains and really great breakfast. But the best experience I ever had was with the Receptionist Ahmad.Q! This hotel is one of the top choices in the area, offering a clean and well-maintained environment accompanied by friendly staff. Although the rooms are somewhat compact, they are comfortable. The dining options are diverse and cater well to our preferences.

Rooms are very spacious and at a very good price. Beds are big and comfortable. The curtains were very black out so you get a good sleep. Breakfast is a bit basic but still decent and room service was cheap and delicious. Only set back is the location as you’re quite far from the heart of Amman but it’s a safe area.

We stsyed here as part if a tour. Nice rooms, comfy beds. Good service. Breakfast is a big minimalist and their seasoning seems to be salt, with more salt. Rather a poor location as next to nothing in the area for a tourist. Good if you need a place on a tour but not a great place if you want to do anythjng around the hotel.

This was my second stay here, and it's a great family-run hotel.

Stayed at this hotel for a 2nd time & the room was not so clean as the 1st room & was more outdated and had a horrible strong smell! Other than that everything else was good, breakfast is decent, we only stayed for the night so didn’t want to spend much! Beddings were clean! The pool is open from 6am till 11pm.
