The front desk service was excellent, and the views were absolutely stunning. We also got to experience the Dead Sea at the beach, which was a great highlight. Overall, we were very satisfied. My only minor wish is that Hilton rooms could be a bit more spacious, but the front desk already upgraded us for free, which we really appreciate!

We had to repeatedly request bottled drinking water, which was quite inconvenient, and check-in was also delayed. Aside from these issues, everything else was fine. The heated pool and saltwater pool were especially enjoyable.

My favorite hotel at the Dead Sea. Was disappointed in how crowded the hotel was with tour groups. The location is in a quiet suburb, without restaurants or shops, necessitating an Uber or taxi ride to go anywhere. The pool was filthy, full of leaves and not usable. Breakfast was plentiful and wide selection.

Hotel is supery located just in front of Petra visitor centre which makes things very convenient. It is also a short walk to nearby convenience shops, restaurants, forex etc if you need anything urgent. The hotel is maintained well, well lit and have a cozy ambiance which provides a good rest after a long day in Petra.
