I think it’s a very customer unfriendly policy and downright stupid, because we intended to stay another 4 nights on our way back. So the hotel is losing a customer and 100.000 T over a minor stain.
So don’t stay in this hotel if you want to use the towels, otherwise they want you to pay for every minor stain in the towels!!
