We stayed 2 nights, we would have given 5 stars, but when we checked out, the receptioniste said that we had to pay a fine, because of a stain in a towel. You could hardly see the stain, it was on the feettowel you put on the floor when you just had a shower. We refused to pay and left.
I think it’s a very customer unfriendly policy and downright stupid, because we intended to stay another 4 nights on our way back. So the hotel is losing a customer and 100.000 T over a minor stain.
So don’t stay in this hotel if you want to use the towels, otherwise they want you to pay for every minor stain in the towels!!

The hotel is new and comfortable. But there are some unclear moments. We booked a room a week in advance, asked for a room with separate beds, warned of the check-in and check-out time, and seemed to have discussed everything. But upon arrival, they said there were no available rooms😡😡😡, and charged a price!!! For a 12-hour stay, they demanded the cost of 1.5 days!!! Instead of the 25 thousand tenge stated in the preliminary reservation, 37 thousand tenge for a 12-hour daytime stay!!! That is, you arrive at 7 am, thinking that everything has been discussed and there are agreements, and then there are so many surprises in fact😡😡😡. The breakfasts are not tasty, not fresh, the selection is poor, plus such surprises from the staff😡😡😡. I am surprised where such ratings for the hotel come from.
