A very decent hotel with a convenient location. Delicious cuisine, clean, spacious rooms. Friendly and punctual service. We were passing through from Seoul and were left with a good impression.

The hotel has a great location; it's very convenient to take a taxi to the station or city attractions. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom is large, and all the basic amenities are provided. The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was plentiful.

The room is large, clean and tidy. The waiter service is very good. The room also extended the check-out for four hours free of charge. The hotel breakfast is delicious. The watermelon I bought was also cut for me. Thank you.

The hotel is very close to the airport and is owned by someone from Urumqi. I arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night and got some instant noodles from them. The room was very clean and the breakfast was Chinese style and tasted OK.

The worst experience in Tashkent: I fell and got injured while staying at this hotel. The bathroom floor was very slippery, not anti-slip tiles, and there were no anti-slip mats or bath slippers. I ended up falling and getting injured in the bathroom. After bandaging myself, I reported the matter to the front desk clerk, who said that today was Sunday and the leaders were not at work, so I left my contact information and would get back to you tomorrow. Because I had to continue my journey, I left my contact information and checked out. I never received any contact from the hotel after leaving, not even an apology.

Worst experience in Tashkent: Injured in this hotel.

The bathroom floor is extremely slippery. It doesn't have non-slip tiles, nor were there any anti-slip mats or shower slippers provided. As a result, I slipped and injured myself in the bathroom.

After bandaging the injury myself, I reported the incident to the front desk staff. The receptionist said, "It's Sunday today, management is off duty. Leave your contact information and we'll get back to you tomorrow." Since I had to move on with my journey, I left my contact details and checked out.

After leaving, I never received any contact from the hotel, not a single word of apology

It meets my needs very well. The price is acceptable. I recommend living on the 4th floor. The balcony has a pleasant view!
