2. Breakfast at the hotel there were about 80 guests; breakfast was simply mixed, there was nothing

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff, excellent cuisine, modern interior, good price. I highly recommend it.

Excellent, new, beautiful and clean hotel. Similar to Turkish ones. I liked it, it was a big and beautiful room! Breakfast is standard, coffee from a coffee machine. I recommend it.

Stayed for three days at the Diamond Hotel Shymkent. I have never seen such amazing service from the staff anywhere. When a guest enters the hotel, the reception staff stands up and greets them. What I liked most was the charming employee at the reception with the cute name Aisaule: she readily recommended places to visit in Shymkent and the surrounding area, gave advice on the city’s establishments, and after the visit clarified my impressions. When I asked for an iron and ironing board, they delivered it to me literally in five minutes. Breakfast is very tasty and varied. In general, I recommend this hotel for stay to those who will be in Shymkent.
