After arriving at the Almaty international airport at midnight, we stayed at some hotel to rest for a few hours. The next day, I found this hostel on booking.com and we booked 2 bunked beds for a night. I met the host named "Sholpan". She was so welcoming and her hospitality was top notch. After we checked-in, we went outside to explore the places nearby and then we discovered this convenient store just next to the hostel. So, if you want to buy anything, you can just walk like a minute and you can get anything. Next day, I talked to our beautiful host to ask her about the tours that we can book through her. She guided us with all that tours that we can book and she also told us which ones are boring. Although we had some language barriers but we never stopped to joke around with sign languages lol. We stayed at the hostel for our entire trip of 6 nights. She even let us drink beers at the dining room which is actually prohibited hehe. Overall, our stay was great. I met lots of interesting travellers there and some of them are great friends of mine right now :)
Lastly, I would definitely recommend this hostel to everyone because -
1. Great location. Less than a minute to the nearest convenience store.
2. Kitchen included. You can make food by yourself.
3. Clean rooms and beds.
4. Top notch hospitality.
Lockers are provided, which is very convenient. Neat & clean , The beds are spacious, offering ample personal space along with individual bed lights. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, especially due to the great location and accessibility to nearby amenities.
Only one issue is at reception they don’t speak English , however you can use chat gpt or google translate.

Pros:
*Close to bus stops going to Almaty Bus Station
*Close to an affordable coffee shop Del Cappuccino, a convenience store, Burger King, Starbucks, MRT, and Turkish resto
*The beds are comfy and the room is warm esp during winter season
*There is a small dining area with amenities
*Hot, cold showers and a well maintained toilet
*Wifi is strong
Cons:
*Beds are old but tolerable due to a comfortable foam and mattress
*Less space when you have a lot and big luggages
The cons did not really matter to me. Overall the hostel's rating is 5 star. I will come back and stay here again.
The rooms and kitchen were nice and clean.
The hotel was a bit old, but reasonable for the price.
At least a cleaning lady comes every day.
