Comfortable Stay with Friendly Staff

I stayed here for 4–5 days and had a really good experience. The location is convenient, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, which made our stay even better.

The rooms are clean and well-kept, though they are a bit small, also they don't have an elevator or lift, also you can hear vehicles passing by from the bedroom, but since it's not a busy road, it wasn’t a big issue for us.

They also have a hall where you can sit and chat, which is a nice space to relax with family or friends.
Overall, a pleasant stay—I’d definitely consider coming back!

I’m a traveler who has visited 36 countries.
This is one of the kindest and most welcoming accommodations I’ve ever experienced — something I haven’t encountered in any other country.
Thanks to her, I’m leaving Almaty with wonderful memories.
If I ever come back to Almaty, I’ll definitely stay here again.

They were the best. The staff let us to keep our luggage for free. We even not staying in D'rami. Btw, their hotel so cute and smells good. The staff so welcoming. Thankyou so much. We really owe you

Two singles pushed together does not make a double. The hotel is on the 4th floor without a lift. It is not really suitable for disabled access or the elderly. There does not appear to be any kind of breakfast/dining area. There are plenty of good cafes nearby but they do not open until at least 09:00 at this time of the year. Both receptionists were extremely pleasant and helpful. The rooms were entirely clean with a pleasant decor. The main strength of the hotel is its location. Despite the list of negatives above, it was a pleasant stay.

The reception speaks English well and is helpful. The hotel is unmarked on the main street and the entrance is behind. However, it is fine. You will have to climb a few floors with your luggage. The room is good, the bathroom and shower are good, the air con works well. The WiFi generally works well. They do have a cooler with hot and cold water as well in the reception area. TV has no channels in English and they should put screens on the windows. Otherwise, a good stay.

The best was the nearby Supermarket. Worst was the Noise from the Reception every morning after 3 o`clock.

I stayed here for two weeks on a business trip. It was a little out of the way, but with the directions from on here I found it without too much trouble. The building (from the outside), and the stairway up to the hotel, seems a bit run down, but once you get up to the hotel itself on the third floor, it's bright and cheery. The staff were very friendly and helpful, coordinating with the company who was paying for the visit, and helping organise social events for me (as I don't speak Russian). The wifi was fantastic, fast, low latency (I could play games on European servers with no problems).

good hotel, clean room, good size, good pillows. Location is also super tourist friendly: 50m away of a supermarket, 200m from metro, and walking distance of the old city center, including cable car. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Maps are provided also. The only pity is the creepy entrance from the back, dark and like you are using the service stairs, but it is just a detail compared to what this small hotel has to offer.

Wonderful place to stay for a weekend getaway in Almaty. Very clean and cosy, tasty breakfast for an extra pay and very helpful and friendly staff.
