Due to the language barrier its so hard to communicate with them but the guy that work at night is nice he let me charge my powerbank since i forgot my charger , everything about the room is 10/10 pero expect nga di cla same sa pinoy na hospitable 😬

Room is clean but the 4 days we stayed, they didn't even clean and they didn't change our towels and bathroom rug. Definitely will not come back and will not recommend to others.

Not helpful staff in reception. we stayed 4 days but no one cleaned the room. not approachable staff also. Definitely we will not come back and we will not recommend to others.

Everything is good, the room is very new and clean while the bathroom is very well designed and equipped. The only drawback is none of the counter staff can speak English not even the very basic and simple one

Far from the center, Tole Bi Street is always jammed with traffic, and so are the buses. Breakfast is inedible. There's no elevator; if you have health issues, only the first floor. There's no light by the beds; the general light only turns on when you enter. Internet access is available, so if you need to access it, you can do so through your account.

I went there without much expectation, but the bed was bigger than I thought and the room was bigger, so I was able to rest comfortably.
