We came to the hotel pretty late and they suggested to check us out at 2 PM instead of 12. It was really nice, they didn't charge us or anything.
Also room service is really good. We got hungry around 4 AM and delicious food for a good price was delivered to our room very fast.
It was an amazing stay!
Breakfast is standard cereal, scrambled eggs, coffee, croissant. Not to say that super tasty, I'll go hungry.
The staff is friendly, kind, sympathetic.
Location I really liked in the rooms, stained glass Windows and views of the Almaty mountains and the ski lift station with the TV tower.
Prices are reasonable, I paid 25 thousand per night with Breakfast.
