No lift In the hotel.

They ruined an expensive shirt.
I took my shirt to the laundry and they returned it with holes in it. Instead of apologizing, they started arguing and claiming it was my fault, even though they themselves said when they picked it up that the shirt was intact and in good condition. The shirt cost over 50,000 tenge, but they were too stingy to even pay 15,000 tenge in compensation. I'm very disappointed with this attitude and the quality of the work.
It's also dirty and dusty.
