Otel ERA offers a comfortable stay in Almaty. The rooms are clean, nicely designed, and renovated with modern features. The beds are very comfortable, and the showers are fantastic. They have everything you might need for a pleasant stay, and I would recommend it for those who are prepared for a few things.

Things to Consider:

Language Barrier: One major caveat is the lack of English-speaking staff. If you don't speak Kazakh or Russian, communication can be difficult. While Google Translate helps, it can still be stressful, which isn't ideal on vacation.
Security Concerns: The hotel doesn't offer in-room safes or security boxes for valuables. Additionally, reception cannot hold belongings for safekeeping. This might be an issue for some travelers who want peace of mind while sightseeing.
Payment Policy: Be aware that the hotel requires full payment upfront upon check-in. This is not the standard practice in hospitality, as most hotels only require a credit card guarantee and final payment upon check-out. Not being prepared for this policy can lead to some inconvenience.

This hotel was the only satisfying accommodation place of my trip to Almaty.
Although the staff doesn't speak English, she was willing to communicate using a translation app.
Both the room and the bathroom were exceptionally clean and neat.
The only downside was its distance from the major spots within the city.

Room was not big but VERY CLEAN . Stuff is very helpful and friendly.
Hotel is new and convenient location.
