Ski hotels in Almaty

The InterContinental Hotel in Kazakhstan offers excellent service, clean rooms, and great views. The breakfast spread is extensive, and the location is convenient for transportation. It's a top choice for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended!

Excellent service, convenient transportation; within walking distance of the CBD; shopping malls nearby.

The room was average. The facilities were a bit dated. Cleanliness was acceptable, and the environment was just okay. However, the service was excellent.

The location was decent, and the breakfast was simple – just enough to grab a bite. However, I'm unsure why the room wasn't cleaned for two days. The check-in process at the front desk was just average.

The room was excellent, but it was quite pricey.

The hotel is definitely a bit old...

The hotel environment is clean and quiet, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bedding is spotless. The service is warm and efficient. Its excellent location makes getting around easy, and the amenities are complete. It offers great value for money and is perfect for business travelers.

Everything is excellent with nice stuffs, clean room, good breakfast. The hotel is located really near the subway station.

The surrounding scenery changes with the seasons. The Almaty Hotel is conveniently located, clean, and has a great environment. From the room's balcony, you can see the snow-capped mountains 🏔, and waking up to that view feels wonderful and very relaxing. The breakfast is also good.

Our 2 nights stay in this hotel is pretty good, location is also very convenient. Just 5mins walk to a 24hrs supermarket, Almaly subway Pubs and some eatery like Rumi which is their popular local food chain. Rooms are comfortable, toilet is clean n new, breakfasts is pretty good. Just a bit disappointed because i stated during my booking that it is my wedding anniversary trip, so usually Hotels will...

I loved the room with a view of the snowy mountains! I could lie in bed and watch the sunrise and sunset over the mountains. The breakfast was also excellent.

It was a very hotel with good staff. My room felt a bit aged but was clean. Was impressed with the hotel overall and would definitely recommend to others.

Hotels in Almaty are significantly inferior to those in China. The Ritz-Carlton's facilities are roughly equivalent to those of Atour X in China. The service is acceptable, but the breakfast is mediocre and too monotonous; it's not even in the same league as Ritz-Carlton hotels in China.

The hotel is well located. It's a decent hotel for the budget, and it's fine for a one-night stay. The service is excellent.

The facilities, hygiene, environment, and services are all good.

I didn't have the chance to stay this time because of customer reasons, but I have stayed in this hotel many times before. Facilities: very new, very complete Hygiene: quite clean Environment: very convenient transportation Service: very good service attitude, very thoughtful

Our stay at Ritz-Carlton Almaty was exceptional, in fact our fav part of the city as tourists. The best part was the warm service from the staff, in particular thanks to Yekaterina (Kate), Malika, and concierge lady. Kate was welcoming and informative upon check in. Guest service staff Malika gave us attentive care throughout our stay and accommodated our preferences, which truly enhanced our experience...

The best and the most expensive hotel in Almaty. Service is perfect, staff try to help in all questions. Breakfast huge and tasty, there is everything, even common quail eggs… Rooms big and have nice views to city or mountais. Gym is very good too. Pool not big but enough good, sauna just separate in mans and womans changing rooms.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. When making the booking at Trip, make sure to select the number of guest correctly.

The room is a bit small, and the facilities are decent. The bathroom is quite bright, and breakfast is good with fruits available. Overall, it's a good value-for-money option in Almaty.

Convenient location, rich breakfast, and a clean room.

The room was really nice and clean, with heating available. The breakfast was also quite substantial. For the price, and its central location making it convenient to get anywhere, it's definitely worth it.

It's decent, and it has a swimming pool.

Fantastic place to stay as a couple. The view is just breath taking. Would love to go again!

We had a wonderful stay at Oi‑Qaragai Mountain Resort. The yurt was comfortable, clean, and full of character, beautifully combining traditional style with modern comfort. Staying surrounded by the mountains made the experience truly unique and relaxing. Special thanks to Zakir for his excellent service. He was very attentive, friendly, and always willing to help, making us feel truly welcomed throughout...

We stayed in a treehouse, which was small but very cozy. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were clean. It had everything we needed (fridge, TV, hairdryer, electric heater, shower amenities). The resort is beautifully situated within a nature reserve, with lovely grounds and lighting… it felt like we were in the Alps… truly a fairytale! The Wi-Fi was excellent throughout the property. The ski...

The food is delicious, and the location is great for a winter vacation.

We stayed in a yurt, which was very comfortable and warm for November, and the breakfasts were wonderfully delicious. There are also places to walk around and explore. However, the ski slopes are quite close to the yurts, which might be a disturbance for those who want to sleep in.

The stay and the location was exceptional, there were many activities which are well organized. However, the room service was pretty much delayed all the time. Any support took time to attend. Overall it was good!!

Small but perfectly formed, the double room was rather cramped. We bumped into the protruding part of the bed several times throughout the day, leaving our legs bruised. The street was quite noisy, but the view was nice on a nice day. We stayed for five days. The cleanliness was a bit lacking on the last two days; the cups weren't washed and put back in their places, and the water wasn't replenished...

I frequently stay at this hotel. The location is quite convenient, and the service is also good!

Very satisfied with my stay. It's close to the city center but still very quiet. The service was excellent, and they even have a sauna and gym. The massage service was also quite good. Breakfast in the morning was abundant, and you can order room service by scanning a QR code.

I really liked the hotel. It was clean, the breakfast was good, and the location was also great. Some rooms and one of the elevators had mountain views.

Cozy hotel with everything you need including a good breakfast buffet spread and receptionists with excellent English communication skills.

Excellent service and environment I would love to book this hotel again.

The staff is so nice to us they are preparing a food to us because we are always in the travel and we cant get a breakfast.

Breakfast was average, and the environment was just okay. It's located opposite Chinatown. The service was decent.

The product is very good, I am very satisfied, the packaging is also very good, the speed is very fast, good reviews!

good service, perfect room. Very nice hotel, breakfast is also good. The lady at the front desk doesn't speak English, but it's not difficult to communicate. It's very quiet at night, and the rooms on the south side can see beautiful snow-capped mountains.

Conveniently located in the vibrant city of Almaty, this hotel offers the perfect combination of comfort and convenient services. The bright, spacious and carefully maintained rooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. There is a restaurant on the extensive territory of the hotel. It is an ideal place for both business people and tourists.

The room facilities are outdated, the air conditioning isn't cooling properly, and it's a bit noisy since it's close to the main road. I had to ask for housekeeping three times, and by 4 PM the next day, it still hadn't been cleaned. Not a good experience.

We had a wonderful time staying at The Reikartz Sky. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the staff was helpful. Breakfast was great and the view from the roof top restaurant was spectacular. There are also a few supermarkets within a couple of blocks by foot. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel. Moreover, the airport serving route 92 bus is just two blocks away. Overall, this is great...

Hotel with a rooftop bar and beautiful mountain views. Prices are reasonable. Rooms are clean, and housekeeping is daily.

Good breakfast spread and the terrace mountain view where the breakfast is served is amazing. I would be back for these 2 reasons. The shower is sometimes hot sometimes cold. Hard to adjust. The pillow is totally flat, like it's just the pillow case. Chatgpt told me the place is located in a lively area. It is not. I gave up the newer ozen palace hotel for this. There is no street food in Almaty...

Always my go-to hotel. The rooms are spacious, and it offers good value for money. Breakfast is decent. However, they really need to improve their hygiene and disinfection practices.

Nice hotel but few things can get better  1. No well marked or information for reception desk location, need to ask around for directions. 2. The shower’s temperature changing quickly from hot to cold alternatively. 3. Window blocked by safety staircases, the manager refused to switch room. Overall, it’s a pleasant stay even they over charge me taxi fees.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of hot water. The location was excellent, within walking distance of major attractions. The view from the window was beautiful, and the restaurant on the top floor offered a glimpse of distant snow-capped mountains in the morning. The breakfast selection was extensive. We were very satisfied with our 3-day stay.

Very good hotel, clean and friendly staff

Convenient location, easy to get around, and clean. It's good.

Very clean nice friendly hotel thanks very much . Families and couples everyone welcomed

Slightly old hotel. Location was good, bedding was new. But plumbing system was worn down. Cleaning service was almost none existent

Everything is old and broken in the room. Kettle is broken, no water bottles in the room. They put a dispenser in the corridor. No tea or coffee bags in the room. Shower/shampoo finished. Housekeeping didn’t clean the room properly, cups were not washed. I had a problem with closing the door properly, as it got stuck repeatedly. The bed was comfortable though, and the location is central, which is...

The location is fantastic and the service is great. The only downside is that there's no breakfast, but everything else is perfect. Right across the street there's a big mall with a supermarket and lots of food options.

Wonderful weekends in Kazakh mini Swiss mountains 🏔️

Stayed here for 3 nights with the family with all food included. Standout was really the food and the salads were something we were really impressed with. Only 1 or 2 employees know English so can be struggle sometimes but the google translate helped most often. They have a great pool and gym. Only downside they didn't have a kids pool so my family had to stay out. Overall a great stay and would most...

The staff is amazing!!! So very helpful! They worked with us, adjusting the time for meals, adding mattresses to 'too firm' sofa beds, wonderful meals and delicious snacks. The only thing that could be improved was greater consistency with internet. We loved our time at BeFine.

Really I have had a wonderful time and great experience in this resort. Great team work and respected staff 👏. Highly appreciated and recommended to stay and have another journey in the future. Especial thank to Ms Batima for excellent service and wellcom

The hotel is nice clean and tidy , and the stuff is frindly and they make every thing to be happy in the hotel with my family , and the food is delichios for breakfast ,lunch and dinner .. Thank you be fine for every thing ..

We had an offsite session at Befine. We are absolutely delighted with the complex: great location, reasonable prices, cleanliness, comfort, everything is brand new and modern, the design is very well thought out, the food is delicious. And most importantly - the customer focus of the staff. I would especially like to note the work of the administrator Batim👍 Thank you for your hospitality!

Its a 2 star hotel so nothing much to say. The building is dated, as expected. Rooms werent cleaned during our stay. Bed mattress has completed its life but still hasnt been changed. The staff is courteous though. The hotel is what you get in such low price.

Cosy, clean & near to the local neighbourhood. Only buses & taxis are available here.

A little better handling of the queue to the poma lift would make the entire experience more enjoyable.

Nice ski resort. Cheap but warm and polite. The slope is not steep but bumpy and interesting if you like to jump and carve. The pulling lift itself is an adventure, it is the longest I've ever seen.

Perfect little ski slope for a family outing where you can see your kids, eat within meters of their skiing slope and enjoy the view without hundreds of people.

Beautiful place both in winter and summer. I do not know winter sports so always visit this place in summer. In summer it is amazing with greenery and flowers.... And treks to walk. Treks are good and of moderate difficult.

A great place, came with family, very wonderful time, the slope is not big, but very diverse. Excellent staff and professional instructors, know their business, I recommend everyone!

The restaurant is excellent at the penultimate stop (accessible with a Combi1 ticket) and has a large selection of delicious dishes. The waiters are quick and friendly. The food was excellent. The restrooms are also clean and adequate. We can recommend Le Mont with a clear conscience.

LeMont has one thing going for it — the stunning mountain view. Beyond that, it’s unfortunately not worth the high prices. We ordered a bagel expecting a hearty meat filling, but it was drowned in ketchup, making it feel more like a ketchup sandwich than anything else. For such a premium location and pricing, the food quality and execution were disappointing. You’re mostly paying for the view — not...

Thank you for an amazing stay! Getting off the gondola and arriving at S.N.e.G is part of the wow factor - the views are amazing. But everything about this hotel is equally wow: our room was really comfortable and cozy and the restaurant food is absolutely excellent. I loved all the food which uses fresh local ingredients in local and international dishes. Breakfast was amazing. I can't praise...

I had a perfect time in this place. The food and the sevice were excellent. .I took a soup and an hmburger Thecrestaurant is very recommended and please stop here on your way down from the top of the mountain The meneu is very rich with many other options

The food was so good ! We had burrata salad which was so so good, mozzarella sticks which were okay, pizza so so good, & greek salad so delicious ! We really want more & more burrata salads and greek salad and pizza ! This is a match made in heaven & it’s so good !

Food : I ordered the burger. 🍔 It was gourmet but salty a little bit. I was satisfied with taste. Mood : It had the good match music with Christmas. 🎄 Service: I appreciated the server with black and long hair. she was so kind and friendly.

The hotel offers excellent value for money, making it a top choice for business travelers! Its convenient location is just a few minutes' drive from landmarks like the Ascension Cathedral, and a 30-minute taxi ride from the airport. Free parking is also available. The rooms are clean and tidy, with free Wi-Fi throughout, and a well-stocked Western-style buffet breakfast. The front desk staff are friendly...

Okay, here's a 50-word review of a business hotel: This business hotel boasts a superb location and convenient transportation. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with high-speed internet. The front desk service is warm and attentive, and the business center is well-equipped. Whether for business trips or meetings, it's an excellent choice and highly recommended!

Everything was great – the location, soundproofing, decor, breakfast, and the polite staff. I especially loved the carpets in the elevator that change daily based on the day of the week; such a cool detail!

On a business trip nearby, the location was excellent and very convenient.

The room was very warm and comfortable, the service is great

Very convenient location The rooms are clean, but the air conditioning is a bit noisy The breakfasts are delicious

Great place, although a little noisy, the private room was inexpensive, there was no such service in other places, it has its own parking. I recommend it.

We will come here again and again! We were there for 2 days and it wasn’t enough for us. The hostel is very cozy and clean. There is everything your soul desires. Located in the city center. Near Arbat, where you can walk all night, there are a lot of coffee shops, cafes, and doner shops. There is a shop right on the 1st floor of the hostel. And considering the price and everything that is there, you...
