I highly recommend this hotel to all my Chinese friends visiting Kazakhstan! It's a fantastic value for money, affordable yet offering great quality. The breakfast, especially today's, was excellent. Definitely worth staying here.
The room was spotless, the heating worked great, and there was 24-hour hot water. It was cleaned daily. There's also a fridge. The disposable toiletries were really high-quality and had no strange odors!

The room is spacious, the facilities are new, and the breakfast is plentiful. The surrounding area is nice, making it convenient for getting around, and parking is easy. There are also good restaurants nearby, with delicious fish. I highly recommend it; the food tastes great.
Facilities: Just as good as advertised, especially the large bathtub in the bathroom – a real highlight.
Hygiene: Cleaned thoroughly every day.
Environment: Elegant, comfortable, and cozy.
Service: The owner is very welcoming, the front desk service is attentive, and the breakfast is plentiful.
The service was terrible and the management was chaotic. The front desk couldn't find my payment record even though I paid there. The next morning, they knocked twice and refused to give me two extra bottles of water without charging me.
