We came on a weekday to avoid crowds. However, the line already starts at the checkout, even though there aren't many people there. They search you at the entrance to make sure you don't bring in food or drinks. The recreation area has pools for both adults and children. I want to say that Del Mare is a wonderful recreation area. Today we attended an event welcoming China's Hunan Province. This was my first time seeing the new restaurant; it's nautical-themed. We spent two days at the recreation area in the city of Konayev. Del_mare_kapchagay #DelMare built a new hotel building. And a restaurant for 140 seats (if banquet seating), a conference will fit more. The rooms are comfortable, everything is thought out, the linen is snow-white. We had dinner here twice, the value for money is excellent. What we enjoyed even more than the food was the outstanding service. Valera was by far the kindest and friendliest waiter we encountered in Kazakhstan. As a bonus, he speaks good English and is always there to help with questions regarding the Menu (or with a good joke ;))

Highly recommended. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and absolutely clean, even with a refrigerator. You can walk in two minutes to the Lake and Beach. It was a pleasure to be there.

The place is very clean. We were impressed with the room and size of toilet, although there was no aircon in bedroom, there was a fan. There is a swimming pool in the middle of all rooms. It is walking distance to the lake. One can help yourself to the kitchen to cook anything. Room is basic for a short stay. The owner is wonderful and adviced me to park in the area of CCTV coverage.

I highly recommend Hotel 7. It's spotlessly clean, incredibly tranquil, and the staff's warm hospitality made my stay exceptional. The well-stocked communal kitchen and spacious pool added to the overall charm of the place.

The hotel is great with all necessary facilities and pool! Interior is modern, not Soviet union one. Lake is just one minute walk from it. The owner is a very nice and friendly man! We enjoyed our stay here, highly recommend 👌🏻

Arman 会说中文! We came here because another hotel was not quite up to our expectation. The location is a 30 second stroll to the beach, rooms have new towels and well maintained facilities. Vibe is more chilled and service has been great for us. Spasibo to Arman and family.

Cool relaxation area. From the poles: comfortable and equipped rooms. Toilet and showers are good. Air conditioning in the room. Refrigerator and TV. Large swimming pool (a big plus) Minuses:. There is no beach, you need to go around and pay for the neighboring beach, poor lighting. And so, in principle, a good recreation area.

The room and bathroom are very clean. The houses are cozy, with all the amenities. The pool is just super. The area is quiet and calm, which is important for a holiday with children.

A very nice and pleasant place to relax. There aren't many people. Bungalows, umbrellas, clean sand. There's a shallow entry point for children and a deep concrete one for diving from the shore. The water is crystal clear. The prices are more than reasonable. We were very satisfied.

We arrived from Astana in the morning. Straight into the car and to Kapchagai. There are not many vacationers in Ermina today, but this is only a BIG + for us. After a hard working summer, a quiet and relaxing holiday is a great peace of mind. I recommend. I like it.

Ermin this recreation area consists of two parts - with a new large building and a pier (due to the reduced amount of water it is no longer possible to dive from it) perhaps updated photos of what is here is of this particular building. Nice relaxation area. You can rent a house with all the amenities, there is a children's pool in the yard, at least there was one in front of our house. It's close to the beach, but the beach is a little rocky.

We rented a house for 6 people from Tatiana. Everything is fine, the house itself is clean, with air conditioning, three rooms, there was enough space for everyone. Sleeping places for 6 can easily fit, three more children + wide beds possible. There is a small pool, the water is filtered, in the evening while the kebab is grilling, take a dip and enjoy)

Clean pool, friendly receptionists. Thanks, ladies. I took off a point for the unappetizing food. The cafe smells of burnt oil; if the food was top-notch, there'd be tons of customers.

Nice location with a great atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. The place was clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. Rooms were too small then the expect but we managed.

We stopped here just passing through after visiting the petroglyphs. The prices were almost the same as a hotel in Almaty. The room was an old shack with a fan (a good fan!).
