This place is very convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the MEGA shopping mall. It's also not far from the business district, making it a great place to stay when traveling to Astana for business.

A rather unpleasant check-in experience. I landed at midnight and had emailed the hotel beforehand to confirm check-in. Upon arrival, the front desk said they couldn't find my booking. I showed them my confirmation, but they only found my colleague's. They told us we'd have to share a twin room. After half an hour, they said they found my booking, but mistakenly assigned it to someone else, saying they had no rooms available?! After much arguing, they finally got rooms—two double rooms we booked, but one of them was a triple room! Absolutely bizarre… We dragged our heavy suitcases around arguing again, and finally, they managed to get us two double rooms… Seriously, if they had rooms, why couldn't they have just assigned us the original booking from the start?

Stayed in a junior suite. Large two-room suite. Comfortable bed. Bath, not shower. Everything you need is there, even a shoe sponge.
Kettle, refrigerator, two bottles of water, etc. Of the minuses: there is no dressing room or at least a hanger at the entrance to the room and very few sockets, so you need to choose what to use, a refrigerator or a kettle.

I was surprised by the breakfast in the room. One of the best I've tried.

The room was larger than expected. Located in a university setting, it's very quiet and safe. The hotel staff was very welcoming. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. Any communication issues were handled efficiently.

Great place. The girls at the reception are super friendly. The room is clean, water, tea, coffee, a full set of toiletries. Super. I recommend!!!
