Mirotel Hotel in Astana

I booked this hotel for my parents and I’m very grateful for the hotel not charging me for extra chargers. Even we had to move to a different hotel, this one is very spacious, rooms are big, staff is very supportive.

A wonderful hotel at a very reasonable price. Absolutely no complaints. The only downside is that it's a bit far from all the main attractions, but given the low taxi prices in Astana, this isn't a problem. The spa is excellent and the masseuse, a Thai woman named Su, is very professional. The spa and restaurant prices are not at all inflated, as is typical in hotels. The rooms are clean, cleaned daily, all amenities are provided, down to toothbrushes and slippers, a robe upon request, soft, clean carpeting, an ironing board in the hallways, and a water dispenser, although water is delivered to the room daily. Thanks to the girls at reception, they were very friendly. And thanks to the chef for the absolutely wonderful, thin pancakes and delicious muffins for breakfast, and excellent salads. If I ever return to Astana, I will definitely choose the Mirotel. Astana itself left only positive impressions.

What a great experience for my Mom. I booked room for her for 5 nights. There was an issue with booking through a third party and Batirzhan at the front desk did absolutely everything to make sure she were taken care of. An amazing hotel employee! The room was wonderful, clean, and comfortable, with great water pressure in the shower. The breakfast is also really good! Location was perfect, too! On behalf of my Mom, Thank you to all employees!

Good hotel, uge breakfast but a stupid guy of receptions wanted me pay for stay in the lounge after I left the room.

We stayed for two days.The air conditioner didn't work the first day and couldn't get proper sleep at night.

For the Indians the washroom usage will be bit uncomfortable as no provision of health faucet.

Rooms are bigger but the services are lackadaisical though it was done. The
complimentary drinking water was not provided on second day but it was done after request was made.

Breakfast is good enough. Location wise it is good as few places like the Pyramid, National museum were nearby.

Usage of Google Translate or any other App will be helpful as mostly speak Russian.

Behaviour of staff were very good and were helpful.

I booked Mirotel directly via WhatsApp, without intermediaries, with breakfast included. Payment upon arrival by Kazakh card. The hotel is new, built in 2022. Continental breakfast. Tea, coffee, porridge, salads, cheeses, pancakes, eggs, sweet buns, various delicacies with and without meat, etc. Ground coffee is available at the bar. Lunch/dinner can be ordered from the menu. The room is clean, cozy, and odorless. Cups/spoons (metal), tea/coffee/water, and wine glasses are all provided. Water is also available in the cooler by the elevator. The bed is excellent, the linens are snow-white, and the pillows are new and comfortable. Robes/slippers are available upon request. The bathroom is clean, mold-free and odorless. The shower/washbasin, hot/cold water, and other amenities are available. Soap/gel/shampoo/cotton swabs/files are also available. The hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming. They respond promptly to requests and assistance. They packed us a lunch box for our early flight to Moscow. Many thanks and gratitude from the guests (No. 211). We arrived at the US Embassy. It's an 8-10 minute walk from the hotel to the Embassy. We took a taxi (it's cold and windy in Astana), which cost 100-200 rubles. I definitely recommend this hotel.
