I can say this is one of the best hostel in terms of facilities they have provided. Bed and bathroom was clean. They have free laundry which is really great. Fully functional kitchen where guests can cook. Location of the hostel is cherry on top. Beds were comfortable. Lockers were provided to keep valuables.

I liked the location of the hostel, within walking distance from the center and everything you need to buy can be bought nearby. Very comfortable bed, large locker next to where you can put your backpack. The hostel itself is also very clean. I was also pleased with the hanger and the shelf inside the bed, in addition to the light and the socket. The reception staff look like they don't greet at all...

This place is awesome if you're on a budget. I even got a private room that was super cheap. The rooms aren't super warm, but it's totally fine, and the bed was comfy and the room was big. The shared bathrooms are clean and small. If you have a big suitcase, you might struggle with the stairs, but otherwise, it's all good. And yeah, the location is great.

Can't ask more for the price. Check-in was fast and all services were okay, including clean toilets and showers. Slippers, towels and locker were available for no extra price. Only inconvenience was that no pillow cover was provided, and the pillow was looking quite used. Quiet streets around the location.

It’s so comfortable experience for me, that only for the live situation , but also the assistant can offer a towel. When I first came there, the kitchen spread the fragrance over the room, and the guest shared their yummy food for me. Then, the snowflakes fell down from the night sky. We booked a room for 1 day. We arrived in the evening. We were greeted by very welcoming and friendly people, the administration of the Hostel. They offered coffee, tea and a cozy room. Very clean. good value for money while staying in astana. walking distance to bayterek and almost all other places. i walked to bayterek to opera and shan katyr, but of course i took taxi back for 400 tenge which is just more than a dollar only.
