Where to stay in Astana

For that kind of money, it's a plus five. Breakfast is served, the rooms are clean, the staff is very friendly, they always try to help. We are still at the hotel, I have never regretted that I decided to stay here

We stayed here just after arriving to Kazakhstan. Our flight arrived very early and we were offered some tea/coffee while they prepared our room and let us check-in early. The staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to help us find a map of the country !

Great hotel in a good location. Despite the fact that I stopped at 7 in the morning, and I left at 6 in the evening they took payment only for a day, and they themselves offered it. Friendly staff, spacious rooms. Breakfast until 11, but fed at 11.30

The hotel is about 10 minutes by car from Astana Central Station and is well equipped for its three star class. The hotel has a sauna and a pool, both are clean and well maintained. As a guest you can use both for free. Also over the breakfast there is nothing to moan.

Clean and quiet hotel but it isn't 4 star, I think 3 star.

Nice room, good breakfast, fair price - positive aspects. But: amenities are scarce, and what's more not given enough - only one half used toilet roll for our three nughts! And no one cared to put a spare one. Smae with drinking water - they saw a half full bottle and the other one empty - and substituted just one! As if half full means there is no need for more water, it was actually filled with cooled...

Nice hotel, polite staff, delicious breakfasts. There is no effective system of transfer.

Excellent service. Sensitive personnel. The rooms are clean and cozy. But there are downsides. First noise, the whole night listening to someone snore in the next room. And the evening couldn't even buy matches or a lighter in the whole hotel!!! Were on reception and in the bar. There was no lighter or matches. Finally asked for a lighter from a guard to light a cigarette.

I'd like to thank the company for their excellent work and attentive customer service. We arrived in Astana early in the morning, and our apartment wasn't ready yet, but we were immediately offered another, even better located, in a new residential complex. Everything was clean, warm, and cozy, and the stained-glass windows offered a stunning view of Nurzhol Boulevard, which is just a 10-minute walk...

Very nice service, and many apartments that you can choose for stay. All services provided online and they respond you during quickly.

Polite staff, delicious food, and a full meal plan for 3,000 tenge. The rooms are clean and cozy, and ours has a balcony. There's a park nearby for a stroll. There's a conference room on the 6th floor.

This is a good place for accommodation - nice rooms, clean bedding, pretty good location, helpful staff and very good restaurant. Breakfast is included. Private car parking is also available and free.

There is a cafe inside where the cuisine is delicious. Ramen noodles are generally superb. In general, it is delicious to eat here. By the way, a cozy hostel OHANA boutique hostel is located 500 meters away.

Well done, the hotel is excellent overall, the minibar was excellent. The standard room, 16,000 rubles, is not bad, clean, nice, big TV, all amenities. The fact that we arrived and the renovations were a bit inconvenient was a bit of a shame. A huge thank you to the staff, everyone was kind and polite.

The sauna is excellent, the steam room is decent, it's clean and cozy. There are all sorts of soft sofas, a pool table, a swimming pool—everything you need for a good time with friends. The price is fantastic; other places are much more expensive and the service leaves much to be desired!!!

The restaurant is not big, convenient for a close company to get together. Kitchen for an amateur. Everyone was served cold for a banquet of 25 people.

Were here once. Celebrated the birthday of the child. The location is great for family celebrations. The hall is not big but very cozy. The kitchen is excellent. There is one disadvantage of no parking at all, as it is located in the courtyard of a residential building, so it’s better to take a taxi. And who goes to a restaurant in his car))))

Stopped many times for work. Good hotel for average money. Recently renovated. The only thing missing is the comfort of the rooms. It is worth to diversify the breakfasts. It would be nice to add a kettle and tea making facilities to the rooms.

Pros of the hotel: reasonable price, good location, close to the station, accessible on foot. The staff is friendly, the bed linen and towels are snow-white. Breakfast is ok, now it was made early. There is a stop nearby. On the ground floor of the hotel building there is an excellent 24-hour cafe, a good varied menu, reasonable prices for Astana.

Good, inexpensive hotel. 10 minutes walk from the railway station. The cost of a single room is 5,000 tenge per day. The price includes a hearty breakfast. The room has all the amenities - shower, TV, refrigerator, large bed, desk. There is wireless high-speed Internet. The disadvantage is that it is located far from the center—20 minutes by taxi.

Stayed at this hotel recently. I found it a very pleasant place to stay, the room was very large with air conditioning. The bed was a super king size and very comfortable, the room was clean and fresh. Friendly service, rooms should be chosen warmer colder, it will go overnight, not for life, then the telly does not work, then the kettle, then you go into the room and there are lace panties lying around tru, here's the room cleaning.

There is no elevator, so you have to carry your luggage yourself. The room had a very low ceiling, a narrow floor-level window, poor bathroom lighting, and slow Wi-Fi. Breakfast is fixed and simple, no coffee. On the positive side, the hotel is centrally located, clean, and the staff is polite.

I was there in September 2024 for almost 2 weeks. The room was clean and the included breakfast was great too. The service is beyond normal standards. The manager is great, she is definitely doing the best for guests and is going the extra mile. Location is great , we most time walked to many locations and you find many restaurants, cafes and shops close to the hotel. Very nice stay , nice team, nice...

Like here so much save and cool place away from noises from city despite of being next to highway but the way structure of hotel built is nice preventing noises from highway nice food and soup👍🥰🥰🥰😋😋😋
