Excellent stay in the Kazakh winter. The service was excellent, especially at the Chalet restaurant, with our table waited by Rinat. Kazakh beef is a must have here.

I recently stayed at Rixos Borovoe with my husband who has GOLD ALL status. Everyone is very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Restaurant Chalet has such a beautiful interior as well as nice food and beverage items

The hotel is in a stunning location with amazing views – truly breathtaking. However, the room had an unpleasant sour smell, likely coming from the carpet, which affected the comfort of the stay

I really enjoyed my time in Borovoe — such a beautiful place with amazing nature and fresh air. 🍂 The atmosphere here is calm and relaxing, perfect for a cozy getaway. Both Silk Way and Chalet restaurants were wonderful

And a special mention to Dinara, the bartender, for the warming tea she made for me on a chilly autumn day. Everything here feels welcoming and full of care

However, the air con is not working so we had to open the windows at night (still hot sometimes!) The pillows are too soft, it would be great if there are extra pillows offered

The view frok our window wad also great because it was facing the park and our last day i Almaty it snowed so it was a beautiful sight from our bedroom window

Overall, it's pretty good. The only drawback is the lack of Chinese-compatible power outlets.

Me and my friends had a great time at Almaty. Renion Park Hotel has one of the best location. Near and walking distance to most of the must-see places in Almaty

The hotel is located at a very convenient location - 22 mins to airport, 10 mins walking distance to Green Bazaar and Cathedral, many good restaurants around. The staff are very friendly and welcoming

The parking lot is large, and there are Chinese guests staying here. With 36 rooms, the Chinese-Malaysian couple was able to snag some free food and lodging

The location near to airport around 15minutes ride by yandex. Most important thing is the hotel have elevator. Easy to move huge luggage to the room. But we can hear people chit chat in front of our room

The downside is that there's a kitchen, but there aren't any stovetop utensils or a microwave. I stayed in February, and the rooms were cold, the tiled floors were cold, and they didn't provide slippers
