Hotels with heated pool in Kazakhstan

It was the old Ankara Hotel, but the name changed, so I had a hard time finding the original hotel. I think it would be better to write the hotel name in parentheses, like Old Ankara Hotel.

In middle of city but very quite and feel safe here. Rooms are good...just need temperature control pool...gym is great ...sauna like it.

WiFi is strong enough for remote working videocalls, works even in the garden. Club lounge on the terrace floor is kind of quiet with weird rules about alcohol, but the food is tasty

Excellent hotel, there are too many advantages, so I’ll name one of the obvious disadvantages, they don’t help with luggage when checking in, it looks very strange for 5 stars

Nice hotel surrounded by snow clad mountains. Room size is really large with very comfortable bed. Bathrooms were large clean and with heated tiles

We had a lunch there. It was delicious and stuff were very kind. I recommend this hall for some celebration like wedding or anniversary party.

A great place to stay with kids. They have a nice area with large snow slides (we stayed in December) for outdoor activities, a very good kids playroom, and a decent swimming pool. Be-aware, the pool is quite deep (1

9 meters!) and they don't have a guard there (I actually helped a drowning woman to get out of the pool during our stay. She didn't even thank me after that :) but it's okay, I am just glad I could help)

Great grounds - loads of places to sit bean bags hammocks etc. and walk through the forest on the boardwalk. Good spa and pool.
