The hotel is new and clean, and the bathroom facilities are all from good brands. To be able to enjoy such quality and service at this price, the value for money is really excellent. Highly recommended.

I chose Ibis because I wanted a solid hotel in Astana, with no bad surprises. And it was exactly this, even better than expected. Very friendly and helpful staff. Came there for a business trip Couldn't sleep at night due to unbearable heat in the room . Cooling air conditioning was not working . Even if the hotel is connected by the city heating system like they said . Still, the cooling option should exist . Could not sleep before my work I got dehydrated and was sleepy at work . However, the hotel is clean .

Hotel is a little old but still had a comfortable stay. The beds were with wheels and moved around but were very comfortable. The room size was good for a standard room, breakfast though i would say needs more attention and updates. Location wise it's not far from the centre and is near a river. Overall it was a good stay

I stay here often and enjoy it very much. A solid unpretentious member of the Radisson family. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable and everything works. Kind and welcoming staff. The only downside is miserable food, breakfast or any other. Luckily the next door there's an excellent Italian cafe.

It turns out there's a restaurant. The portions are huge. The staff is polite. It's clean. It's cozy. But not very tasty. The pasta isn't salty, it's a bit hard. Or is that how it's supposed to be, al dente? Because of the pleasant atmosphere, I'll probably come back and try other options. God willing.

This is worth visit if you are looking for Indian food in Aksai The ambience is good. Staff is well behaved. Taste of food is worth money.

There are probably no better hotels in Aksay. I gave it a 4 because they didn't give me a second towel, even though we shared one. They were a bit stingy, but otherwise, everything was new in our room.

Located in the south of the city, it's convenient for getting to Shymbulak. The road outside the hotel can get congested during peak hours. It was inconvenient that there was no hair dryer. It was great that I could walk to the mall in the city center. The hotel staff were all kind and even reinforced my bag with tape when it got torn and helped me carry my luggage. There was also a park nearby.
