I chose Ibis because I wanted a solid hotel in Astana, with no bad surprises. And it was exactly this, even better than expected. Very friendly and helpful staff. Came there for a business trip Couldn't sleep at night due to unbearable heat in the room . Cooling air conditioning was not working . Even if the hotel is connected by the city heating system like they said . Still, the cooling option should exist . Could not sleep before my work I got dehydrated and was sleepy at work . Hotel is a little old but still had a comfortable stay. The beds were with wheels and moved around but were very comfortable. The room size was good for a standard room, breakfast though i would say needs more attention and updates. Location wise it's not far from the centre and is near a river. Overall it was a good stay

I stay here often and enjoy it very much. A solid unpretentious member of the Radisson family. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable and everything works. Kind and welcoming staff. The only downside is miserable food, breakfast or any other. Luckily the next door there's an excellent Italian cafe.

The bed wasn't neatly made, not like what you'd expect in a hotel. We had to ask for toothpaste and a toothbrush ourselves, as there weren't any. The breakfast was meager.

It turns out there's a restaurant. The portions are huge. The staff is polite. It's clean. It's cozy. But not very tasty. The pasta isn't salty, it's a bit hard. Or is that how it's supposed to be, al dente? Because of the pleasant atmosphere, I'll probably come back and try other options. God willing.

This is worth visit if you are looking for Indian food in Aksai The ambience is good. Staff is well behaved. Taste of food is worth money.

There are probably no better hotels in Aksay. I gave it a 4 because they didn't give me a second towel, even though we shared one. They were a bit stingy, but otherwise, everything was new in our room.

Located in the south of the city, it's convenient for getting to Shymbulak. The road outside the hotel can get congested during peak hours. Best hotel in Pavlador. The receptionist tried to put me in a smaller room but I was having none of it, and got a nice big corner room. Please note that their double rooms (495sqft) are 50% larger than their deluxe double rooms (336sqft). Go figure.

I spent one night in this hotel. Reasonable prices, great staff, nice bar. I understand there is also spa but haven’t had time to check it out. Although there was a bit of a strange smell coming from the toilet, I compensated it with great view from the 8th floor.

You can somewhat feel the age of the rooms but in general it's a great place to stay. Located in the center of the town with plenty of facilities, offices, restaurants and cafe's nearby. There were many Russians inside. The rooms weren't big, but they had everything you needed. During peak season, selections were limited, and many people booked a month in advance. So, booking early is definitely a must.
