It is a good hotel and we had a good time ,very clean hotel , by a beautiful view on Caspian sea I enjoy traveling there, and we had a good time there with my family I suggest you to go there for relax Pool was very good and clean Foods was good and they had lots of foods in the menu

Compared to other Rixos hotels like those in Antalya and Dubai, they could have more varied programs for children, such as cooking classes, nature tours, and similar activities

The drinks were of good quality, and the music at the beach club was really good

I was fotunate to book the renovated room, it was surely good, the AC is the only issue as it takes time to cool the room, also faced a small issue with the plugs next to the bed, they tend to disconnect after some time and you have to remove the card and reinstert it again, the breakfast area had a good buffet and nice seating area ( indoor and outdoor ) room service sometimes take time to attend...

Rahat Palace Hotel offers a mixed experience, with its strong points lying in its excellent service and spaciousness, while its age is noticeable in the room aesthetics

But the second day when we were back to our room we found out our keys blocked 😅 and needed to go to the front desk to explain the third time our request. Hotel staff were super helpful and friendly though

They didn't make our room second day and didn't leave water and other hygienic stuff but once we called to the front desk, everything were delivered to our room immediately

Surely I sent special request to give us the same room and explained why did I make bookings separately. Hotel managers didn't check those request though

And when I mentioned it during check in they were surprised but promised that we can stay in the same room for the second day as well

My stay at Rixos Almaty in the Deluxe Twin Room with Park View was exceptional. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered a stunning view of the park, which added a peaceful ambiance to my stay

I was on a business trip with four bosses. The room was not very big but clean. English communication was no problem. It was good to drink tea downstairs

As soon as you enter the hotel, you feel like you are in a Turkish palace. The room is furnished in old-school European style and is very comfortable

It was the old Ankara Hotel, but the name changed, so I had a hard time finding the original hotel. I think it would be better to write the hotel name in parentheses, like Old Ankara Hotel.

In middle of city but very quite and feel safe here. Rooms are good...just need temperature control pool...gym is great ...sauna like it.

WiFi is strong enough for remote working videocalls, works even in the garden. Club lounge on the terrace floor is kind of quiet with weird rules about alcohol, but the food is tasty

You can walk along the river side in the evening Dinner, and breakfast- good. I have heard the pizzas here the best among Atyrau restaurants. But, yes the building is old, and AC system is too noisy

But why leave the hotel when the hotel bar/restaraunt has great food and stays open late? This hotel was clean with plenty of work areas, had a great gym and pool and really friendly staff

Inability to control temp in winter makes it feel like a sauna in your room. Otherwise, front desk is very professional and cordial, and the bar staff at Librarian are very friendly and accommodating

I have been staying here on and off for 6 years. This was my last stay here as im returning home and will not be returning. So, a special shout out to Dariya at the front desk

I couldn't get to the "evening by the fire", but it looks nice from the outside. The pool is small, there is a spa, hamam and Finnish sauna. A separate sauna complex is also available

Guest relations service is the best thing that happened to our family in this hotel! Saniya from there is the best person! She always tries to do her best to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable! She even helped us to make our daughter’s hair, which something unusual for the hotel personal

The rixos borovoe is on bank of lake schu. Staff so friendly though they do not understand your language. Food for vegetarians is sone problem. the guy at reception was so friendly

Excellent hotel in the expo area, everything you need is inside, but you need to understand that it is a 30-minute walk to the center

Wonderful, pretentious, expensive, rich! For lovers of active recreation and entertainment of various events. It all depends on financial investments.

Staff at reception, housekeeping and at breakfast area were attentive and were courteous. Fitness area too was excellent. Heated indoor swimming pool, gym and Russian sauna were very nice

Nice hotel surrounded by snow clad mountains. Room size is really large with very comfortable bed. Bathrooms were large clean and with heated tiles

the hotel is located centrally, you can easily walk to see some things within the city also near to bus station and to panfilov area, i opt for late check out so i pay half of the room rate, and they let me check out 6pm? i paid for half rate then check out at 6pm? i talk to the receptionist that i will check out at 8pm, he said okay but they called that i cant and i will pay full amount if i didnt...

It's an older hotel, but it's unexpected that it has sports facilities and a swimming pool. The service staff is also quite enthusiastic, the room is relatively large, and the things are relatively clean and sanitary
