It was a pleasant stay. The breakfast has a good spread amd hotel has a beautiful ambience and views.

Location was quite central with lots of supermarket and food options nearby. The room looks like it was newly renovated. The toilet has heated floors but it was small and space was very tight. We were given a late check out on our last day but it was very noisy during the day; it sounded like drilling work coming from the floor above. The buffet breakfast was quite substantial.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the breakfast is incredibly rich. It's a local landmark; you can spot both the hotel and the TV tower from the airplane. Our triple room consisted of two bedrooms, offering views of the distant snowy mountains.

The room quality is comparable to a budget hotel in China, quite dated. To my surprise, they didn't even provide complimentary bottled water; you either had to buy it or boil your own using the in-room kettle. The only upside was the free international power adapter provided in the room.

The front-desk service was excellent, fluent English and smooth communication. On my first day they even helped me sort out small change for a taxi and provided useful sightseeing tips. The location is convenient, with a shopping mall right across the street, and the room was clean up standard.

1. This hotel is pretty much like a budget hotel in China – small rooms and very basic facilities. I strongly do not recommend it. 2. The room doesn't provide drinking water, and there isn't a convenience store nearby, so the only way to get water is from the dispenser in the hallway. 3. Best hotel in Pavlador. The receptionist tried to put me in a smaller room but I was having none of it, and got a nice big corner room. Please note that their double rooms (495sqft) are 50% larger than their deluxe double rooms (336sqft). Go figure.

I spent one night in this hotel. Reasonable prices, great staff, nice bar. I understand there is also spa but haven’t had time to check it out. Although there was a bit of a strange smell coming from the toilet, I compensated it with great view from the 8th floor.

Ertish has a multilingual staff, so English speakers will feel comfortable here. The decoration is elegant, the massage services are great, and the continental breakfast is nice. It was -16 degrees Celsius outside, but the room was only 15 degrees and there was no underfloor heating. The room was too cold. They eventually provided a heater, but I still couldn't sleep well at night. I recommend against staying at this hotel during winter.

Perfect! The key thing is that the lady at the front desk speaks Chinese, which made communication so much easier.

It clearly states check-in is after 2 PM, but they forced me to pay for an extra night because I arrived at 12 AM. What's the point? It feels like a scam. And then they demand check-out by 12 PM... The next day, I checked out before 12 PM and requested a refund for that extra day, but they refused to give it.

The hotel was great, without a doubt this hotel was opened not so long ago and therefore the facilities are up in their shape. Breakfast was also great, plenty of options to choose from. Generally, I would recommend staying here.

Walk up to 15 mins to the nice Caspian sea

This hotel is a four-star hotel, 375 per night. The only drawback is that the air conditioning is not cold in this season, but the windows and interior facilities are very modern. It is better than many hotels in Almaty.

This is probably the best hotel in Aktau. Respectable, clean, conveniently located. The staff works well, very friendly. Very good room service, the food is delicious. Of course, this is an expensive hotel, but it's worth it. The sea is literally nearby.

One side has a sea view and the other side faces the street. The facilities are okay. After all, it is a chain brand and the price is quite reasonable. There are many varieties of breakfast, but there are only a few that are suitable for Chinese people.

This hotel has a fantastic ambiance with a strong Russian flair. Breakfast every morning was a real treat. The room was very quiet and the heating was excellent. It's super convenient for getting around, and it's easy to walk to many of the attractions. Definitely my top choice for a trip to Almaty.

The hotel is in a good location, room is clean abit smaller than when i stayed in holiday inn express but still able to put 2 luggages in the room. The breakfast spread is very good. Thumbs up. Plenty of food to keep you full. The dining area is abit small but there is still enough tables to serve at least 30 people. Very satisfied! Although it looks a bit dated, it's clean, well-equipped, and has a strong Soviet feel. The hotel food is plentiful, and transportation is convenient, with excellent bus connections right outside. It's not far from the airport either, less than a 30-minute drive. Plus, there's an elegant coffee shop on the first floor – fantastic!
