It was a pleasant stay. The breakfast has a good spread amd hotel has a beautiful ambience and views.

Location was quite central with lots of supermarket and food options nearby. The room looks like it was newly renovated. The toilet has heated floors but it was small and space was very tight. We were given a late check out on our last day but it was very noisy during the day; it sounded like drilling work coming from the floor above. The buffet breakfast was quite substantial.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the breakfast is incredibly rich. It's a local landmark; you can spot both the hotel and the TV tower from the airplane. Our triple room consisted of two bedrooms, offering views of the distant snowy mountains.

The room quality is comparable to a budget hotel in China, quite dated. To my surprise, they didn't even provide complimentary bottled water; you either had to buy it or boil your own using the in-room kettle. The only upside was the free international power adapter provided in the room.

The front-desk service was excellent, fluent English and smooth communication. On my first day they even helped me sort out small change for a taxi and provided useful sightseeing tips. The location is convenient, with a shopping mall right across the street, and the room was clean up standard.

This was our last stop hotel from the 5 Stans tour with Lupine Travel. This hotel is very spacious, Soviet like atmosphere with dark hardwood furniture. Water stations on every floor which was nice. Very nice hotel in the center of Shymkent. I recommend visiting during a stopover in the city or for a transfer. A taxi ride to the hotel takes 20 minutes and is quite cheap, there is a shopping center nearby. It was -16 degrees Celsius outside, but the room was only 15 degrees and there was no underfloor heating. The room was too cold. They eventually provided a heater, but I still couldn't sleep well at night. I recommend against staying at this hotel during winter.

Perfect! The key thing is that the lady at the front desk speaks Chinese, which made communication so much easier.

The hotel's location is excellent, and transportation options nearby are quite convenient. You can walk to all the attractions.

It clearly states check-in is after 2 PM, but they forced me to pay for an extra night because I arrived at 12 AM. What's the point? It feels like a scam. And then they demand check-out by 12 PM... The next day, I checked out before 12 PM and requested a refund for that extra day, but they refused to give it.

This hotel is a four-star hotel, 375 per night. The only drawback is that the air conditioning is not cold in this season, but the windows and interior facilities are very modern. It is better than many hotels in Almaty.

This hotel has a fantastic ambiance with a strong Russian flair. Breakfast every morning was a real treat. The room was very quiet and the heating was excellent. It's super convenient for getting around, and it's easy to walk to many of the attractions. Definitely my top choice for a trip to Almaty.

The hotel is in a good location, room is clean abit smaller than when i stayed in holiday inn express but still able to put 2 luggages in the room. The breakfast spread is very good. Thumbs up. Let's start with the positives: the hotel's location is decent, close to Mega, and situated in a quiet residential area. Compared to other hotels in Almaty, the price is relatively cheaper. Very satisfied! Although it looks a bit dated, it's clean, well-equipped, and has a strong Soviet feel. The hotel food is plentiful, and transportation is convenient, with excellent bus connections right outside. It's not far from the airport either, less than a 30-minute drive. The hotel is new. Delicious breakfasts and friendly restaurant staff, including the chef and manager! The rooms are well soundproofed. Also nearby are KFC, doner, and Lanzhou. Transportation is also convenient. There's a gym. There are issues with room cleaning: they forget to put brushes, water, and slippers. Simply taking out the trash isn't cleaning! Fix this problem, and everything will be perfect

I've stayed here many times. This time I booked it myself and the price was not more expensive than what a local friend booked. It's a relatively high-end hotel in this city with a good environment and location.
