The owner was very lovely and welcoming. The room was clean. Unfortunately, we arrived late and didn't get to take any photos of the surroundings. We left early in the morning to rush to Big Almaty. We didn't have breakfast, but the guest house was very nice and prepared a box of food for us instead. Very lovely!

Feb2025: the team at the hotel are amazing, very nice and helpful. The room is clean and big. The bathroom was not very convenient as the sink is out of the toilet and shower because it is very small, but doable. The hotel is out of the city in a very calm place and on the road to the ski slops of Shymbulak.

I stayed here at the beginning and end of my two weeks Central Asia trip. The owner Valdimir and his parents are very nice, love the breakfast, spacious room and very clean bathroom. The free airport transfer made navigating from airport to the guesthouse a hassle free experience. Definitely high value for the price!

The best guest house we have stayed in for aaaaaages! So warm (in spirit and temperature), good security, free airport pickup and drop off, Vladimir is HILARIOUS and his son is so friendly and speaks good English. They have a really quiet and lovely house, with good shashylyk places nearby. It is about a 15-20 minute walk to town on the flat. 100% recommended!!!

Overall, we didn't regret having a rest here. Not far away is Lake Bolshoe Chebachye with clean and warm water, minus the shore and the entrance to the lake is rocky (we were saved by aqua shoes). And Lake Borovoe is a 25-30 minute walk away, there are parties and entertainment there.

A great place, perfect for a family vacation. There's a pool, sauna, play areas for children, mountain views, and friendly hosts with a reasonable price list. The only downside is the 10-15 minute walk to the main beach area, but the bonus is the nearby private beach (where the water is cleaner).

Alexander, the friendly host, showed us around and explained everything. There's parking, a secluded courtyard perfect for children, and a large shared kitchen. The beach is on Chebachye. The only downside is that it's a 10-minute walk to the main street, but that's not a big deal. You can also walk directly to the reserve via a small bridge from the private sector.

We spent our vacation in a mountain cottage and absolutely loved it! We loved the peace and quiet and the fresh air—the perfect place to recharge away from the city. Good morning everyone! We returned from vacation yesterday. Many thanks to the owner, Arif, and the staff. We traveled with our child and grandmother (almost 70 years old). The grandmother kept saying she was in heaven! And the child didn't want to go home at all. We promised to come back in September for the weekend. Great stay! The houses are neat, clean, everything is there. The pools are also clean and there is a children's pool.
