Great place to spend time with good old fellows

The owner was very lovely and welcoming. The room was clean. Unfortunately, we arrived late and didn't get to take any photos of the surroundings. We left early in the morning to rush to Big Almaty. We didn't have breakfast, but the guest house was very nice and prepared a box of food for us instead. Very lovely!

The room was clean and newly renovated. The breakfast was prepared by the owner of the B&B. The couple was really patient in helping customers raise questions.

I stayed here at the beginning and end of my two weeks Central Asia trip. The owner Valdimir and his parents are very nice, love the breakfast, spacious room and very clean bathroom. The free airport transfer made navigating from airport to the guesthouse a hassle free experience. Definitely high value for the price!

The best guest house we have stayed in for aaaaaages! So warm (in spirit and temperature), good security, free airport pickup and drop off, Vladimir is HILARIOUS and his son is so friendly and speaks good English. They have a really quiet and lovely house, with good shashylyk places nearby. It is about a 15-20 minute walk to town on the flat. 100% recommended!!!

Very comfortable bedrooms and clean bathrooms. The host is very welcoming and gave great recommendations for restaurants in the neighbourhood. The location is a bit less central but still walkable from the city center, so we didn’t mind.

Good location, close to the city and mountains and a river nearby. I liked everything, breakfasts in the morning and a cozy house. In the garden there is a yurt with full decoration.

I checked into this hotel again - last year I was here for almost a week. I liked: the meeting, the good breakfast, it's very quiet. It's convenient to get to Shymbulak - no traffic jams in the morning up the mountain and back in the evening, almost no traffic jams....

Feb2025: the team at the hotel are amazing, very nice and helpful. The room is clean and big. The bathroom was not very convenient as the sink is out of the toilet and shower because it is very small, but doable. The hotel is out of the city in a very calm place and on the road to the ski slops of Shymbulak.

Great stay! The houses are neat, clean, everything is there. The pools are also clean and there is a children's pool. There are all the amenities for families with children and parents, if you wish, you can go to the Kapchagaysky beach. Inside there are sun loungers, tables, kitchen, gazebos. Highly recommend!

An excellent area for families with children. There is a convenient children's pool. Polite and helpful staff. The beach is not far away. You can order room service, prices are adequate. Shared kitchen, dishes, barbecue, tennis table. We liked. Cozy, calm!

Great place, really nice host family. The girl is speaking very good English. They welcomed me with tea and some bread. It was so kind. The room was great, bed was comfortable. I totally recommend that place ;)
