I have enjoyed my stay in Caps lock hotel. perfect place for solo travelers. The privacy is 100%, you can close the capsule and sleep. they provide locked locker too. The issue only with A/C, it was not working and I couldn't sleep well + nothing inside the capsule work except the lights.

The design of this hotel is very unique, but the decoration is not careful, and it is a bit cramped in the capsule. It is a bit hot even with the air conditioning on. The toilets are clean and there are large public spaces. Overall, I am satisfied.

Room is decently small. No air conditioning or ventilation however. I only stayed a few hours, I don’t think I could sleep a whole night without air circulation

Great experience, not sure i would repeat it, at least not at my age but everyone should try it at least once. The whole place was immaculate. We had a private room with washroom. It was clean but way to warm even with a fancy fan. The bad was comfortable enough. Not surprising, the was no storage space. Are 2 suitcases hardly fit under the bed.

The hostel cosists, as the name says, of capsulas in the dormitory. The capsulas are sufficiently large and each of them has its own lockable stoarge and save. There is a small common area, including a kitchen. The hostel is kept in a modern design.

If you can understand, congratulations, don't be a jerk, don't bite, say it three times. If you land on a red-eye flight, you can come and rest. You can check in at any time. Kazakhstan has a scarcity of good hotels, and I even had clothes stolen during my trip. However, this hostel was excellent and very satisfying! It's especially recommended for Chinese travelers entering Kazakhstan by land and arriving at the SAYRAN passenger terminal.

Location is close to Sayran bus station. Within walking distance. I stay in the 8 beds female dorm and doesn't felt cramp. The locker is huge and outside of the room. The hotel was easy to find and the room was clean with no strange odors. It had all the amenities I needed, and the service was very thoughtful. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay. Overall, I'm very satisfied and would definitely recommend it to my friends, haha!

hello. I was in the hostel for 2 months. It is very cozy and comfortable here. The managers are Saul and Kasim who are very nice. If you have any questions or problems you can contact them and they will always be there to help. The hostel is cleaned daily and there are no cockroaches or bedbugs. The only downside is that there is no air conditioning in the bedroom. I can give it 9 out of 10

Gulnaz, who speaks really well English, took the time to show us the different rooms and bathrooms available for the guest as well as the well equipped kitchen. The hostel itself in in cood condition, new bed, nice and clean bathrooms. But only one toilet per floor, what can be a bit annoying. The location if the hostel is at the edge of the city and you will need a taxi to go to the city itself (almost 1 hour walking). In a strange but useful borough of Astana there is this very beatiful Hostel! The capsule accomodation was very clear and the service works very good!

Beautiful capsule hotel. There are also different styles of private rooms available. The staff that works here is Kazakh, so you get Kazakh hospitality. Laundry room and extra storage for guests to use. A full kitchen as well.

The hostel at the new address on Karmysova 82, Parasat Hostel Kazakhstan is very well located for tourists, everything is nearby, the cable car on Koktyub, buses to Medeo and Shymbulak, most importantly the beds are very large and comfortable.
