Our stay was very pleasant, and the location was quite convenient.

However, the elevator is currently unavailable, which may pose a challenge for those with heavy luggage.

Spacious and clean room. Good sized bathroom, hot and powerful shower. Very friendly girl on reception. Free parking outside. Free filtered water available next to reception. Breakfast was disappointing with the pizza looking like it had been put out multiple days in a row. Clearly not too many takers. Coffee horrible. Overall nice and really comfortable stay though.

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night on my journey thru Kyrgyzstan. From the outside it didnt leave much to the imagination bit inside its quite modern. No lifts. I was on the same floor as reception. Its was fairly quiet despite this. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The best bit was the shower very big with a powerful shower. Hot water however was limited. The AC and wifi worked. There is a supermarket next door and a few restaurants closeby. The breakfast was in the basement and there was a lot of variety. However most stuff was not covered and there were flies. There was a coffee machine which wasn't bad. There is a mosque closee by. No need for an alarm as the call for pray will be heard around 530am. All in all I would stay here again.

Just a very average hotel. The rooms were great and they have a nice terrace area next to the hotel but that is basically where it ends. Staff was not very nice, I wanted to wash one shirt (laundry service is Really expensive btw, as you pay per clothing item and its over 1 dollar per item, even socks) and the receptionist said it was not possible. My tour guide could convince her eventually to let me do it but this should not have been a problem to begin with. The breakfast was also quite mediocre, could have all been better honestly.

Unless you only care for the room (which was clean, modern and had comfortable beds) i'd say that I would not recommend this hotel.

We stayed here as part of a G Adventure tour. Nice rooms with comfortable beds and great shower. It’s walking distance to several restaurants.

I had a comfortable stay at this hotel. Although the room and bathroom looked outdated, they were very clean and spotless. The room itself is spacious and there is an AC in the room. Breakfast was decent and there were plenty of options available.
Unfortunately, you have to climb a set of stairs to get to reception and no one helps you with luggage. The prices were also unreasonable…
However, overall my stay was pleasant.

We stayed here as part of a G Adventures 5 Stans tour. Comfy beds, luggage storage, adequate free wifi, and a quiet place. Enjoy an ample breakfast of local fresh foods and proteins. Attentive staff. Safe place, A small hotel feel despite its larger size.

Good location.Nice service. Different sizes of rooms. Stayed few nights with 3 teenagers.Toilets in the room.Maintenance of the toilets was not so good.Beds were big enough and comfortable. Laundry-they charge by piece so we didnt use that .Breakfast was good in general,but no refill untill you ask,and one day there was no milk( supermarket is very close). All in all-a good place to stay.

Centrally located the hotel is a great base for visiting the highlights of Karakol including the restaurants, bars and hugely popular walking trails of the surrounding areas. The accommodation itself is modern by western standards, our room was large enough to accommodate a king sized bed easily. The three piece shower room was very comfortable. There were no chairs in the room which was slightly disappointing considering that it was a double room - nor was there a fridge or ice available; all things that are easily addressed. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to the hotel and would not hesitate to recommend it. Addressing a few minor points in my view will enhance the hotel's appeal and comfort for guests. I liked it.

Stayed with G Adventures group tour. No wifi in room. Grocery and liquor store next door but no elevator. Breakfast is in basement so a lot of going up and down stairs. Quiet, nice big bathroom, pretty clean and new, not so good view, across from mosque so hear muezzin, breakfast ok, again nothing gluten free except yogurt and eggs.
