Kyrgyzstan Hotel in Karakol

This is my second stay here. This time on the ground floor.
The hotel itself seems fine, with relatively spacious rooms, unlike other guesthouses. The price is reasonable. Each room has a shower and toilet, which is very convenient. The rooms are cool, both on the first and second floors. I even had to put on clothes at night. I was there for three nights, and on the first day, some strange people (later revealed to be local men) were drinking vodka in the dining room and talking loudly. Apparently, they were drinking with the hotel owner. It was impossible to sleep. I had to go out and complain. The receptionist promised they would leave in five minutes. In fact, the noise stopped after about 40 minutes, which was around 1 a.m. The receptionist herself, a woman in her 50s, was friendly and polite, and clearly trying to help. But next time, I'll look for a hotel somewhere else.
