Campings in Karakol

Sleeping in a yurt seemed to be a strange idea, but it worked: I slept there better than anywhere else!. Good breakfast, friendly staff, hot showers, fast wifi. Very nice place.

Great yurt to stay! Clean and nice place to enjoy your holiday. Helpful and friendly host who give us lots of useful advice for our trekking trip.

We spent there three nights in tent and one in the yurt between treks. This camp is absolutely perfect with the manager being very nice and kind. He can arrange transport and give you necessary information about treks, schedules and prices. Breakfast are ordinary. Its a very cosy place to stay. 10/10

Location: nice and centrally located on the main road of Karakol. Easy to find because it's written outside in HUGE writing. Room: Yurts were cold so we opted for a private room instead which came with an electric heater too! Beds were comfy with plenty of thick blankets p Staff: Very friendly staff. It is great place for hikers who want to visit Karakol and surrounding mountains. It provides all you would need. You can hire a bed in yurt or sleep in your own tent. There is free WiFi and also breakfast is available.

The hotel in Karakol is run by Russians, which is immediately evident by how warm it is throughout. All other hotels in Kyrgyzstan are cold; they provide a heater upon check-in, but even those don't really help or have a limited temperature.
