I really enjoyed staying here (as a hotel!) Clearly a new and modern hotel it has all you'd expect to make your stay nice from a good restaurant to a small bar. The rooms were larger than I expected with a nice choice at breakfast which should cover most peoples morning needs.

Hotel is very good but not happy with services. If you have baggage then there is no lift and no staff assistance. You have to carry your own bags from stairs. Also in room no complementary water, katte, tea, coffee, sugar. Also there are no shops nearby so either you buy everything from hotel or for water go to the restaurant everything. Modern, clean hotel on the outskirts of Karakol. Stayed here as part of group tour. Arrived late afternoon and enjoyed a beer ftom the restaurant outside in the grounds. Our toom was on the third floor and was huge! Double bed on one side, twin beds at other end. My hotel karakol is one of the best options for accommodation in the city of Karakol. The interior is modern, the breakfasts are good, the reception is very friendly, it takes only 10-15 minutes to get to the Karakol ski resort. Beautiful hotel and amazing service. The room was comfortable and super clean. Each floor has a sitting area with Mountain View and fast wifi. Very generous and tasty breakfast. Great value,recommended!

Everything is fine, the houses are warm and very beautiful. The base is nearby, you can even walk. Of the minuses, it’s crazy audibility in the houses and I VERY DID NOT LIKE that in order to fry your meat on your own coals, you have to pay 3000 soms, well, a very crazy price !!

Wow, drop dead cool place, the houses smell like wood. There are comfortable rooms inside, there is a wooden sports ground (barbells, dumbbells), good photos can be taken on the territory. In the summer part of the house was 150 dollars, for 5, ok, in winter they say it costs 500. There is access to the mountains, and a wonderful view. In general, it's great here!☝️😋🙏

We stayed at this amazing hotel for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. Staff/owners are very friendly and helped us a lot with any information we asked. Breakfast was delicious and very diverse, has everything you ask. Hotel has good vibes and very cozy. Beds were very comfortable and linen was crispy fresh and clean. The breakfast was delicious, a buffet breakfast with many options to choose from. I liked the bakery, especially the berry pie. Our room was warm and the personnel was very attentive by offering a warmer duvet in case it was cold. The location is just 30 mins drive to Karakol Ski resort, which is very convenient if you'd like to stay a bit far from the crowd and save some money.

Best and affordable place and very cheap hotel

It's old but gold. The rooms are spacious. I even had a balcony. The flair is incredible if you are looking for soviet nostalgia. Of course you can't expect a Mariott Hotel here but that is not the goal. Come and explore for yourself.

Like the family house I went to with the tour, it is a very comfortable and clean place, definitely number one on the list of choices, it has a garden, the kitchen and its materials are sufficient, if you want to feel comfortable, you should definitely choose this place.

A lovely hotel in Karakol, where I've been taking my group every year for about five years. A lovely host who makes you feel right at home. We were delighted with the breakfast, the small but spotlessly clean rooms, and the garden. I highly recommend it.

Very nice place in European style with comfortable and clean rooms. Every room has own toilet and shower. The owner is very nice Italian :). The guest house has very big garden where you can chill out at evening.

We visited our friends in this guesthouse. The place is very new, clean, there is a functionning wifi, a lot of sockets, clean bathrooms with sitting (European :) ) toilets, a coffe machine in the hall and a big garden. The owner is friendly and speaks English, Russian and Italian.
