Spa-Hotels in Karakol

The resort's location is in the heart of nature, and the villas and walkways are beautiful from the outside. However, the service is poor, the resort is overpriced, and it's far from amenities. There aren't any shops selling food or drinks inside or near the resort! The villa handover was delayed. When I saw some of the bad reviews I was skeptical about this place, but when we checked in I was pleasantly surprised to see very friendly staff, the house that was extremely clean, warm, specious, comfy beds, and very clean kitchen. But most importantly the views from the panoramic deck ware breathtaking. We had a great time and we will definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Everything is fine, the houses are warm and very beautiful. The base is nearby, you can even walk. Of the minuses, it’s crazy audibility in the houses and I VERY DID NOT LIKE that in order to fry your meat on your own coals, you have to pay 3000 soms, well, a very crazy price !!

Wow, drop dead cool place, the houses smell like wood. There are comfortable rooms inside, there is a wooden sports ground (barbells, dumbbells), good photos can be taken on the territory. In the summer part of the house was 150 dollars, for 5, ok, in winter they say it costs 500. There is access to the mountains, and a wonderful view. In general, it's great here!☝️😋🙏

The location of hotel is very good, near many places of interest and the most central street of Karakol where you have shops, ATMs... I had a room on the first floor (ground floor) which was divided into two: bedroom and larger "living room" with sofa and tv, furniture. The woman who owns this hotel is very kind and friendly. She was helpful and gave local recommendations. The room was larger than I expected. The hotel is conveniently located along a main road, making it easy to walk places.

Lovely family-run hotel with a super helpful reception. The laundry service was fast (which was great after days of trekking!), and the breakfast was amazing—one of the best we had. You’re asked to take off your shoes at the entrance, which makes sense since many guests come from the hiking. The whole place was very clean and cozy. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable stay in Karakol!

Loved our stay here. The staff are extremely accommodating, the rooms are clean, nice bathroom with consistent hot water for shower. It was very peaceful and they also provide nice breakfast. The hospitality of the receptionist is made my day, breakfast was awesome so I decide to give 5 star. A little improvement needed like providing some kettle in rooms with water, but I know if I ask they will bring it for sure. My room is so warm coz they provide super big heater. Coz I came during winter time.

We stayed at this amazing hotel for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. Staff/owners are very friendly and helped us a lot with any information we asked. Super nice and warmful owners. Funny and intelligent conversations, provided anything I needed. They took me to AkSuu for trekking and a ride to my next city Jety Oguz. The room is clean and the bed super comfortable. The kitchen is well prepared with many utensils.

Perfect clean and quiet place to have good rest after climbing, skiing and sightseeing! Breakfasts are great, they even make brewed coffee! Nice garden in the summer with flowers and fresh apples. Everything is Ikea, it felt like home.

Bedrooms are very clean and nice. There is also a living room and dining room where you can spend time with other guests. There are refrigerators for guests and they may also use a kitchen. Everything nice and comfortable. Kiryl who takes care of this place and guests is very nice and friendly. This is the place where you will feel great.
