Spa-Hotels in Karakol

The resort's location is in the heart of nature, and the villas and walkways are beautiful from the outside. However, the service is poor, the resort is overpriced, and it's far from amenities. There aren't any shops selling food or drinks inside or near the resort! The villa handover was delayed. I think if there were more services and improvements to the resort, it would be absolutely wonderful,...

When I saw some of the bad reviews I was skeptical about this place, but when we checked in I was pleasantly surprised to see very friendly staff, the house that was extremely clean, warm, specious, comfy beds, and very clean kitchen. But most importantly the views from the panoramic deck ware breathtaking. We had a great time and we will definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Everything is fine, the houses are warm and very beautiful. The base is nearby, you can even walk. Of the minuses, it’s crazy audibility in the houses and I VERY DID NOT LIKE that in order to fry your meat on your own coals, you have to pay 3000 soms, well, a very crazy price !!

Wow, drop dead cool place, the houses smell like wood. There are comfortable rooms inside, there is a wooden sports ground (barbells, dumbbells), good photos can be taken on the territory. In the summer part of the house was 150 dollars, for 5, ok, in winter they say it costs 500. There is access to the mountains, and a wonderful view. In general, it's great here!☝️😋🙏

Chalets are nice but only one shower for 8

Very nice place. In restaurant, some plates ok, other not so special. But very clean and service with the smile

Very nice people. Excellent and well furnished breakfast. Really very good. General look nice, rooms a little less fresh. But overall a good experience

Simple and inexpensive. Cheap and not very nice furniture. No restaurant service apart from breakfast in the cellar. No nearby restaurants. Shower holder broken. Electric power socket in shower taped over.

It is a place not far from the center of Karakol. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Globus Mart, and there is a currency exchange office near the mart. (In the case of the room I booked) I can't say that the room service was good because there was no hairdryer or toiletries, but overall, the room was very clean and the breakfast was satisfactory. The main reason I personally recommend this place is because...

The location of hotel is very good, near many places of interest and the most central street of Karakol where you have shops, ATMs... I had a room on the first floor (ground floor) which was divided into two: bedroom and larger "living room" with sofa and tv, furniture. The bathroom was quite basic and lack of products like soap and shampoo, no hair dryer as well. Breakfast times were very short, it...

The woman who owns this hotel is very kind and friendly. She was helpful and gave local recommendations. The room was larger than I expected. The hotel is conveniently located along a main road, making it easy to walk places.

Very nice and helpful staff that helped us get an unforgettable horse riding tour! Recommend! Very tasty dinner at the Restaurant.

Hotel is very good but not happy with services. If you have baggage then there is no lift and no staff assistance. You have to carry your own bags from stairs. Also in room no complementary water, katte, tea, coffee, sugar. Also there are no shops nearby so either you buy everything from hotel or for water go to the restaurant everything. In my lifetime this is the first time I experience...

My hotel karakol is one of the best options for accommodation in the city of Karakol. The interior is modern, the breakfasts are good, the reception is very friendly, it takes only 10-15 minutes to get to the Karakol ski resort. I recommend it to everyone who wants to visit the resort, go skiing and relax. But you need to order a transfer to the resort, the hotel does not have its own free transfer...

I stayed at the hotel and I liked the service, food, atmosphere and everything. I enjoyed my stay. Specifically breakfast is yummy and so many options. Thank you so much

A very nice and welcoming place. The owner greeted us and guided us through a unique experience preparing Dungan cuisine Laghman and traditional bread during two cooking classes that got everyone involved. We then enjoyed a typical Dungan dinner, with the chance to learn more about Dungan culture.

The hotel is good. Room is clean. I think the staff tried their best to improve the quality. Location is a bit far away from city center, but given that karakol is a small city, it is acceptable. What is not acceptable is that the wifi didnt work on the day I arrived (I was on roaming). There was no notifications in advance even if they knew it before I checked in. Finally, the staff shared his personal...

cozy and comfortable rooms, had the best sleep here. their restaurant was very good. breakfast was decent, but the à la carte menu was better

Big and clean rooms. And a good restaurant / café. So for sure it's a good place to stay. Staff is friendly but unfortunately they could not help organising the stay in the area as they had no idea about the treks

Beautiful hotel and amazing service. The room was comfortable and super clean. Each floor has a sitting area with Mountain View and fast wifi. Very generous and tasty breakfast. Great value, recommended!

Excellent place! Staff, breakfast and atmosphere gets 10 out of 10. It’s a three-star hotel, but as those go, it’s perfect.

Lovely family-run hotel with a super helpful reception. The laundry service was fast (which was great after days of trekking!), and the breakfast was amazing—one of the best we had. You’re asked to take off your shoes at the entrance, which makes sense since many guests come from the hiking. The whole place was very clean and cozy. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable stay in Karakol!

Loved our stay here. The staff are extremely accommodating, the rooms are clean, nice bathroom with consistent hot water for shower. It was very peaceful and they also provide nice breakfast. Stayed here for 2 nights, then we went to Jyrgalan valley for 1 night, and came back here again for another night. The location is also great, not too far from the good restaurants and Issyk Kul ski resort. ...

The hospitality of the receptionist is made my day, breakfast was awesome so I decide to give 5 star. A little improvement needed like providing some kettle in rooms with water, but I know if I ask they will bring it for sure. My room is so warm coz they provide super big heater. Coz I came during winter time.

We stayed at this amazing hotel for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. Staff/owners are very friendly and helped us a lot with any information we asked. Breakfast was delicious and very diverse, has everything you ask. Hotel has good vibes and very cozy. Beds were very comfortable and linen was crispy fresh and clean. Special thanks to the charming lady on the reception, she made our stay very lovely...

Most lovely staff you can imagine! Would definitely come back! The rooms are big and clean.

Best and affordable place and very cheap hotel

It's old but gold. The rooms are spacious. I even had a balcony. The flair is incredible if you are looking for soviet nostalgia. Of course you can't expect a Mariott Hotel here but that is not the goal. Come and explore for yourself.

Over the last 5 years I've stayed a couple of times here. The hotel is perfectly located for those looking for a quiet place. It takes 10 min (by marshrutka) to either get to the entrance of the national park or the centre. The staff are very friendly and helpful and will always try to do their best. The rooms are spacious and clean. Some renovation work would be necessary here and there BUT it's...

If you are looking for a comfortable hotel you might not want to stay here. But if you want to experience sleeping in a hotel that didn’t change since USSR it for you ! The owner is kind and the breakfast was very good.

Super nice and warmful owners. Funny and intelligent conversations, provided anything I needed. They took me to AkSuu for trekking and a ride to my next city Jety Oguz. The room is clean and the bed super comfortable. The kitchen is well prepared with many utensils.

Our stay at the house in Karakol was truly exceptional, largely thanks to Kirill, the manager. He was incredibly so nice, attentive, and welcoming, making sure every aspect of our visit was tailored to our needs. His recommendations were impeccable, particularly when we inquired about a Dungan cooking class. Kirill went above and beyond by organizing a private class at the house with Railia, who was...

Perfect clean and quiet place to have good rest after climbing, skiing and sightseeing! Breakfasts are great, they even make brewed coffee! Nice garden in the summer with flowers and fresh apples. Everything is Ikea, it felt like home.

I stayed 3 nights at Memo's guesthouse in Karakol. Totally recommended due to the human factor. The manager [who's name is Ree], a guy who looks you in the eye when he's talking to you, always helps, offers local recommendations that aren't in the guide and prepares incredible breakfasts [with espresso]. The guesthouse has a large garden and the quality-price room is incredible [bed commfortable and...

Bedrooms are very clean and nice. There is also a living room and dining room where you can spend time with other guests. There are refrigerators for guests and they may also use a kitchen. Everything nice and comfortable. Kiryl who takes care of this place and guests is very nice and friendly. This is the place where you will feel great.

Very comfortable guest house in karakol, clean and tidy rooms just renovated. Large and tasty breakfast included. Very nice and helpful owner, he can provide and organize almost everything in karakol, like trekking, motorcycling and horse riding in all the beautiful mountains that characterize this wonderful place.

Massive Room with comfortable bed and sofa Definitely worth the stay!

Such a nice place and a wonderful hostess!! She is really kind and speaks good English. She knows a lot about the area and Kirgizstan and can help you very good. There is also a nice kitchen/dinner area so you can cook your own meals, that is very nice. The bathrooms are very good and the showers too. But I especially want to thank the hostess, I'm gonna remember her.

Very friendly and good English speaking host. You can reach her easily through WhatsApp and she can provide the latest information about the Ala kul trek. Rooms are spotless. We left a part of our luggage here while doing the Ala kul trek which was very handy. Would definitely recommend!

The standard was absolutely superb. Location is as good as it gets, in one of the best areas of Karakol, and 60 seconds from the Lighthouse Cafe. The room was furnished tastefully, with all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was equally good and clean - as was the property as a whole. The kitchen, though I didn't use it, was large, spacious and equipped with all the necessities...

What a great guest house!!! We have high standards as tourists, and everything about this place fit our needs. Extremely clean, very organized, and the owner was very helpful with all of our needs. She gave great advice on what to do in the area as well. If you're staying in Karakol, I would highly recommend staying here!
