New hotel and building.. . Sweet... Service people very kind.. Little slow but OK... No TV in room.. Bed good.. Not perfectly clean, but compering clearness in town it is quite good..

Very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms with heating and toilet. No elevator, you have to carry your bags on stairs. Good Internet free WiFi. Food is good.

Luckily I asked ChatGPT how to solve the problem, and it said it was due to the dry air, and to leave the bathroom door open and run the shower on max at 10min, and also dampen a towel and put that in the bed with you and spray a little water on the sheets and take a hot shower myself, and that solved it, but I’d recommend investing in a humidifier

This hotel is very new, and may have not yet worked out its kinks. It aims to be the style of a Japanese business hotel, but leaves a bit to the imagination

Also the room needs a humidifier , my bed and comforter had so much static electricity that it lit up sparks everywhere when I rubbed it in the dark

We stayed at this amazing hotel for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. Staff/owners are very friendly and helped us a lot with any information we asked. Breakfast was delicious and very diverse, has everything you ask

Central location, positively decorated interior, i.e., vibrant and cosy - and good value for the quality of the room and service provided. Would recommend 👍

The location is just 30 mins drive to Karakol Ski resort, which is very convenient if you'd like to stay a bit far from the crowd and save some money

The breakfast was delicious, a buffet breakfast with many options to choose from. I liked the bakery, especially the berry pie

We stopped here as a last minute change of plans on our way around Issyk-Kul. Room was lovely, toilets and bathrooms were good. Staff didn't speak English but we muddled through. Nice coffee shop around the corner too

You can truly relax and enjoy every part of your stay and if you decide that you wanna feel more at home, visit the second floor lounge where Aziz the best barista in Karakol will make you a cup of fresh ground coffee or anything you'd like to drink from "starbucks"

Also please do visit the Sauna, which creates this great Russian/ Kyrgyz culture around you. Rest like you had the weight of the whole world on your shoulders. This is the Hotel to go in Karakol

In October for four days 3750 som double room. Everything is great. Only the sink is clogged and the toilet is leaking) but they will fix it, the staff is very polite. The room is clean.

I hope they will open a franchise and will be all over the world. National dishes of Kyrgyzstan were more delicious every time I ate it. Manty, plov, beshbarmak, meat, lots of meat

Everyone must go to Kyrgyzstan Karakol. What a beautiful place on the other corner of the world. However my experience would not have the same with out this great hotel

Katusha, the host, is an excellent manager. The guesthouse has an authentic touch, yet very modern and comfortable. There is a washing machine, which is a great bonus for trekkers. The best one in Kyrgyzstan so far

They provide laundry service as well and in the breakfast they do serve delicious homemade jams as well. Karakol is big and small city. You need to walk everywhere or take a taxi to any place for 90soms

The guesthouse has a nice garden and you can eat apples and apricots right from the tree. They offer vegetarian options for breakfast as well, which is not always easy to find in Kyrgyzstan

We have stayed 4 days in this lovely house with my girlfriend. Katya and her friend were really helpful and they did their best to make us feel home

For Kyrgyzstan standards a beautiful very friendly family run hotel. With a park view! Owner was very enthusiastic with cleaning the rooms and making a super big breakfast for us

We used this hotel to go skiing near karakol. They arranged a transportation to the ski area. The rooms are small but spotless. The owner tries to speak English

Really comfy, warm and well-designed rooms - there's also a drying room for ski gear. Great breakfast spread and beautiful views of the mountains in the distance from our room. There's parking too if you have hired a car

A well maintained cozy bed and breakfast. Would totally recommend this place to all just for the fantastic service that Mr. He is genuinely a very helpful person, ready to assist his guests in anyway possible

The best place to stay in Karakol. We stayed there for 5 nights and we discovered from there all the region hiking every day in different valley (Ak-Suu, Jeti Oguz, Jyrgalan, Altyn Arash)

Clean, well kept, good breakfast. Also friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good recommendations for dinner and for activities. Also for further plans in Kirgisistan

We has a superb session in the Russian sauna on the property, it was extremely soothing for sore muscles. Book your stay at Hillside without any second thoughts

- The kitchen/dining room are very clean, well equipped and the food is always delicious. - Separate room & dryer for drying snowboard/ski boots and wet equipment. - Guesthouse-organized transportation to the ski resort

Of course there are guesthouses and hotels with much better amenities but the difference in price is unreasonable. Best things about the guesthouse are: - Friendly & helpful owners and staff (especially Farhat)

- Very clean, warm, cozy & comfortable rooms (feels like home). The water boiling tanks in the bathrooms are bigger than most of the guesthouses. So you can take a long hot shower after a day in the wilderness

This is the most important part. Even if we find a guesthouse that is slightly cheaper or has slightly better amenities we'll come back here because of the atmosphere and the attitude of the staff

Snowboarding in Karakol has become our annual tradition since 2013. In total, I've stayed in Allakol 3 times and tried other guesthouses twice

From my and my friend's experiences, I've came to the conclusion that Allakol is one of the best guesthouses in their price range
