I was part of a small group. My room was OK for size but had no AC. Instead, there was a poor evaporative cooler that didn't make much difference. In the end, I turned it off and opened the window. The electris sockets were in odd places. I had to put the kettle on the floor to use it. The wifi was very slow. When I tried to close the blackout curtains, I discovered that they would only half close...

The rooms are nice and big with a sofa for a sitting place. The bathrooms are good and have a different shower area. Their services was which if anything was asked for. The provide 2 bottles of water free in the room. The breakfast is okay but have a spacious sitting area. The internet is poor and you cannot depend on it. There is a shop near buy to buy snacks and other essentials.

The resort's location is in the heart of nature, and the villas and walkways are beautiful from the outside. However, the service is poor, the resort is overpriced, and it's far from amenities. There aren't any shops selling food or drinks inside or near the resort! The villa handover was delayed. When I saw some of the bad reviews I was skeptical about this place, but when we checked in I was pleasantly surprised to see very friendly staff, the house that was extremely clean, warm, specious, comfy beds, and very clean kitchen. But most importantly the views from the panoramic deck ware breathtaking. We had a great time and we will definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Everything is fine, the houses are warm and very beautiful. The base is nearby, you can even walk. Of the minuses, it’s crazy audibility in the houses and I VERY DID NOT LIKE that in order to fry your meat on your own coals, you have to pay 3000 soms, well, a very crazy price !!

Wow, drop dead cool place, the houses smell like wood. There are comfortable rooms inside, there is a wooden sports ground (barbells, dumbbells), good photos can be taken on the territory. In the summer part of the house was 150 dollars, for 5, ok, in winter they say it costs 500. There is access to the mountains, and a wonderful view. In general, it's great here!☝️😋🙏

Lovely family-run hotel with a super helpful reception. The laundry service was fast (which was great after days of trekking!), and the breakfast was amazing—one of the best we had. You’re asked to take off your shoes at the entrance, which makes sense since many guests come from the hiking. The whole place was very clean and cozy. The hospitality of the receptionist is made my day, breakfast was awesome so I decide to give 5 star. This is a two story bungalow turn guest house. They have hot showers but water pressure is low as in any other guest house in Kyrgyzstan. A good stop over before we go to Altyn-Arashan.
