Hotels with pool in Karakol

However, there are areas where the hotel falls short. The Wi-Fi connectivity is extremely poor; it works only near the entrance door or inside the bathroom, which can be quite inconvenient

The cupboards are generous in size, providing ample space for clothing and belongings, and the room comfortably accommodates multiple pieces of luggage without feeling cramped

one can see all the plumbing hanging from the walls, a stuck toilet flush that I had to repair myself, a bathtub that is not well fixed to the ground, being a bit unstable, etc

⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3/5 — Comfortable Stay with Some Notable Compromises Karagat is a pleasant hotel choice if you don’t mind compromising on a few important aspects

Only on the third day — when I was about to leave — did they finally give one. Hand towels were also missing until the last day

The electrical points near the bed didn’t work, so I couldn’t charge my phone or other devices conveniently. I informed the staff about this issue on the first day, but nothing was fixed during my entire stay

The flair is incredible if you are looking for soviet nostalgia. Of course you can't expect a Mariott Hotel here but that is not the goal. Come and explore for yourself

Best and affordable place and very cheap hotel

It takes 10 min (by marshrutka) to either get to the entrance of the national park or the centre. The staff are very friendly and helpful and will always try to do their best. The rooms are spacious and clean

Some renovation work would be necessary here and there BUT it's great value for the money one pays. I definitely come back when in Kyrgyzstan

Over the last 5 years I've stayed a couple of times here. The hotel is perfectly located for those looking for a quiet place

If you are looking for a comfortable hotel you might not want to stay here. But if you want to experience sleeping in a hotel that didn’t change since USSR it for you ! The owner is kind and the breakfast was very good.

We'll definitely stay there again next time! The rooms are very clean and cozy, newly renovated, with white linens and towels, a hairdryer, air conditioning, and heated floors

PERFECT!! I'm a perfectionist by nature, and the criteria I use when choosing a hotel are customer service, food, and cleanliness! And the hostess at HOLIDAY GUESTHOUSE, Elena, met my standards 😊! She was very attentive and friendly, and answered all my questions positively! The breakfasts were varied, and the quality selections were delicious—porridge, pancakes, syrniki, homemade honey, and jam! Come...

There's a dining room where you can enjoy delicious meals, and there's even a sauna! In winter, for those visiting the Karakol ski resort, this is the perfect place to stay and relax, just a 20-minute drive from the resort

A wonderful and excellent guesthouse. Everything is clean and tidy, the rooms are in excellent condition. Convenient location: 15 minutes to the mountains, the same to the center, and 30 minutes to the lake

A huge thank you to Aunt Lena and Uncle Volodya for their kind treatment of the athletes who came to your Holiday home for the entire summer! They were very welcoming, the place was tidy and clean

And what delicious breakfasts she serves! We arrived tired in the evening, and she served us delicious tea in beautiful dishes and two types of jam she made herself

Andre was super friendly & knowledgeable providing great advice and going above and beyond helping us with arranging transport etc. The delicious breakfast was a bonus on top which we would look forward to each day

During our group stay, they invited a group of musicians to perform for us with native music instruments, it was such a charming evening. Our room was a little warm, thank goodness at night it cool off so we can sleep

The home cooking meals were tasty and seem authentic ( I would never know🤣). The hosts were very friendly and nice and we get to meet their kids too. They also have a nice garden with fresh and eatable fruits

Excellent guest house: very friendly and welcoming owners, clean rooms and facilities on European standards, good food, nice garden, lots of information regarding hikes and trips into the mountains

I enjoyed another welcome stay at the Riverside. Excellent location and facilities, great big rooms, comfortable beds and big showers. Filling big breakfasts and a wonderful helpful host

Best place we stayed in Kyrgyzstan. Lovely house, the host is super helpful and speaks a bunch of languages, breakfast is plentiful and delicious and the rooms comfortable and clean

Everything is very cozy and clean. The hosts are friendly. They fed us a hearty breakfast and dinner. Conveniently located from the base.

The guesthouse is 5+! The hosts are very kind and welcoming. And the mountain views are simply beyond words!

A nice, cozy guest house. The hosts are welcoming and friendly. The food is delicious.

A very decent atmospheric place.

Friends from Kazakhstan stayed there and were very happy with everything.

I highly recommend requesting her cooking class; it was an unforgettable experience. Throughout our stay, we felt more at home than ever before. The house itself is spotless, comfortable, and ideally located in Karakol

Our stay at the house in Karakol was truly exceptional, largely thanks to Kirill, the manager. He was incredibly so nice, attentive, and welcoming, making sure every aspect of our visit was tailored to our needs

His recommendations were impeccable, particularly when we inquired about a Dungan cooking class. Kirill went above and beyond by organizing a private class at the house with Railia, who was an absolute delight

The manager [who's name is Ree], a guy who looks you in the eye when he's talking to you, always helps, offers local recommendations that aren't in the guide and prepares incredible breakfasts [with espresso]

Very nice and helpful owner, he can provide and organize almost everything in karakol, like trekking, motorcycling and horse riding in all the beautiful mountains that characterize this wonderful place

Perfect clean and quiet place to have good rest after climbing, skiing and sightseeing! Breakfasts are great, they even make brewed coffee! Nice garden in the summer with flowers and fresh apples

There is also a nice kitchen/dinner area so you can cook your own meals, that is very nice. The bathrooms are very good and the showers too. But I especially want to thank the hostess, I'm gonna remember her

What a great guest house!!! We have high standards as tourists, and everything about this place fit our needs. Extremely clean, very organized, and the owner was very helpful with all of our needs

The room was furnished tastefully, with all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was equally good and clean - as was the property as a whole

Such a nice place and a wonderful hostess!! She is really kind and speaks good English. She knows a lot about the area and Kirgizstan and can help you very good

Very friendly and good English speaking host. You can reach her easily through WhatsApp and she can provide the latest information about the Ala kul trek

The standard was absolutely superb. Location is as good as it gets, in one of the best areas of Karakol, and 60 seconds from the Lighthouse Cafe

Best accomodation we had in Kyrgyzstan. Hosts are very hospitable, especially if you understand little bit of Russian/other slavic languages. The only downside are the beds, which are little bit less comfortable

The owners are super kind and always ready to help. We did the Ala Kul trekking and they kept our big backpacks for free. The last day the owner even took us to the bus station to help us take the right marshrutka

Sergei and his wife are excellent hosts - and Bella the dog was a delight. Rooms were clean and very cosy, the en-suite bathrooms are also a big plus. I highly recommend staying here if you are in Karakol

We definitely recommend this guesthouse. It offers an excellent value for money, especially compared to other accommodations in Karakol. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable

Sergei is the best host! He took really good care of us before and after the hike to Ala Kul. The breakfast is amazing and Bella is a super cute dog.

Nice atmosphere with the other guests as well. Highly recommended!! Thank you Sergei!

There were five of us here, a group of friends; there were no other guests. The hosts were very welcoming, always willing to accommodate your every request. It was clean, warm (we were there in winter), and spacious.

The place is prepared for families and big groups; washing machine, large dining room, outside you have BBQ and cooking equipments with necessary tools you might need, a sauna to relax in

It's a nice cozy place, runs as a family business, very clean well equipped place. The kitchen is shared with everything you need to cook your own meal, or they can prepare you a meal

The host family is a nice welcoming family makes you feel at home, with all the help you might need

Very friendly welcome. Comfortable, clean, and well-equipped rooms. Highly recommended!

An exquisite stay! I am very pleased indeed! I've stayed in 3-4 yurts during my travels and this one is by far the cosiest - a truly delightful interior, with a variety of historic and cultural items surplanted within

Located right in the centre, the distance from the Guest House too all the main sites and amenities is minimal and the road itself isn't busy, so no worries about traffic sounds

All was perfect. We arrived way to early and we already could check in. Lovely hosts, maybe the best breakfast we had during our 6 week stay in Kyrgyzstan.

The breakfast was delicious, with good variety and the bathrooms - perfectly clean. Hot steamy water was always available and the WiFi worked

Great place. They have a beautiful cozy garden. The family is very nice and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and it was always very clean !

The host couple is really friendly and warm. The facilities are good, also it has a beautiful garden.

Great place! Very nice and helpful family. The place is clean and the breakfast is great! Askar speaks good english and can help in organizing your trip. We came back several times and always were happy to come back

Ascar gave us a fantastic welcome! Excellent value for money, clean, and a great breakfast thanks to Gulzat. Plus, Sona (by reservation) is a must-have! 🥵 Multi-jet shower, perfect for summer or winter after a trek

We tried a couple of rooms and both were immaculately kept. It's a family-run establishment where the mother prepares excellent breakfasts and dinners. If we were to come back, this would be our first choice

Everything is at your fingertips thanks to Ascar, who knows everything there and will give you all the information you need to make the most of the Karakol region

We were able to wash 2 supermarket plastic bags’ worth of clothes so I am guessing 7-12kg? Note that they do not have a dryer, they just hang it out to dry, so this may not be the option for you if you are in a hurry

For 36 USD you get a spacious room, a balcony with chairs, a hearty breakfast with fresh fruits and vegetables (porridge unpictured), and refillable water. The host speaks limited English but enough to get by

For Karakol's circumstances the rooms and bathrooms are outstanding! I would always prefer guest houses compared to e. hostels because you get to know people from around (not from abroad)

The place is super inviting, warm and really well kept. The rooms super nice for the value and great showers. They were super helpful too with making sure everything was good for me

A nice family home with good facilities and many nice amenities included in the room - especially for the price. I payed 1700 som for a room with a balanced and filling breakfast

It has got a balcony facing north so this is great in summer for example, because you don't get the midday sun straight in your room

We slept at nice hotel in September for a few nights the place is very comfortable and offers beds in a dorms as well as yurt and place for a tent the staff here is very helpful and nice, very cheap place that includes a kitchen in the price very recommended

Nice place to stay (pun intended). Kitchen was big with 2 cooking areas and 2 fridges. We left our extra luggage there for our hikes and the host has a seperate locked storage room

I had one of the best experiences possible at this hostel. Jannil and her husband are so attentive. They work hard but always take the time to look after guests and answer their questions

People who stay here are usually very nice to talk to. You can buy food from fridge for very fine prices, just few SOMs more than in market. You can get here by Marshutka 102

What's more, they know a great deal about the region. The rooms are very comfortable and you have all the privacy you need. I can't recommend it highly enough!

A cozy and accessible hostel for travelers, with shared rooms and a private room. A well-equipped shared kitchen where you can cook. Shared showers and toilets are clean, spacious and well-maintained

Cosy place, big garden with bar, hammocks, big screen. I had a wonderful stay in SunHouse hostel!

Great people running this hostel. They gave great care and I enjoyed talking with them.

Excellent place to start your hiking trips! Super friendly people, good atmosphere!

Good place to stay.. peaceful place..I enjoy here. 6usd for 1 night

Great place to chill in the garden and the hammocks, staff is very friendly. You can use the kitchen and breakfast (with eggs and cornflakes) is included Location is a bit out of center and the beds are quite hard.

We only stayed for one night before continuing our travels, so we didn’t get to explore much, but I can say it’s a cute, calm, and welcoming place to stay if you’re looking for a traditional yurt experience

I had a wonderful stay, the rooms are comfy, warm and nicely decorated. The hosts are lovely and the food was amazing. They offer vegetarian meals and a large breakfast buffet. Highly recommend this place!

Great place to stay. Everything is new and clean. The host family gives a warm welcome. The rooms have a heating and hot water.

The room was clean, nicely decorated, and to our surprise, the washroom even had a Muslim shower—it was neat and tidy, which I really appreciated. We arrived at night while it was raining, tired from continuous travel

For every question there is a answer and Tynch has a lot of good recommendations food wise but also for adventures in the area around. When not alone anymore the place is really the perfect spot for relaxation

Happy Nomad Yurt was our very first experience staying in a traditional yurt, and it was such a memorable one! We booked online after seeing their great reviews, and they truly lived up to the praise

Winter sport lovers may find everything here and have much fun. Cool race lines, good steep places. They have also ski rental place and stuff if you need ski, snowboard fix

Restaurant with local and european menu, and coffee shop with a bar as well. I really enjoying every time visiting
