Only on the third day — when I was about to leave — did they finally give one. Hand towels were also missing until the last day

The electrical points near the bed didn’t work, so I couldn’t charge my phone or other devices conveniently. I informed the staff about this issue on the first day, but nothing was fixed during my entire stay

Winter sport lovers may find everything here and have much fun. Cool race lines, good steep places. They have also ski rental place and stuff if you need ski, snowboard fix

Restaurant with local and european menu, and coffee shop with a bar as well. I really enjoying every time visiting

The flair is incredible if you are looking for soviet nostalgia. Of course you can't expect a Mariott Hotel here but that is not the goal. Come and explore for yourself

Best and affordable place and very cheap hotel

It takes 10 min (by marshrutka) to either get to the entrance of the national park or the centre. The staff are very friendly and helpful and will always try to do their best. The rooms are spacious and clean

Some renovation work would be necessary here and there BUT it's great value for the money one pays. I definitely come back when in Kyrgyzstan

If you are looking for a comfortable hotel you might not want to stay here. But if you want to experience sleeping in a hotel that didn’t change since USSR it for you ! The owner is kind and the breakfast was very good.

There are no towels, shampoo, or toiletries. You have to ask for disposable slippers. The room is clean, the bed linens, and the mattress are excellent. The TV, kettle, and Wi-Fi are all good

The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, they lacked amenities like shampoo and towels.

The doctors are more attentive than the reception staff, they are very rude and cannot provide polite information.

The girl at the reception desk is unprofessional. Very rude. Otherwise, it's okay.

Overall, I recommend this hotel for the price/quality ratio

During our group stay, they invited a group of musicians to perform for us with native music instruments, it was such a charming evening. Our room was a little warm, thank goodness at night it cool off so we can sleep

The home cooking meals were tasty and seem authentic ( I would never know🤣). The hosts were very friendly and nice and we get to meet their kids too. They also have a nice garden with fresh and eatable fruits

Andre is amazing, can't recommend this place enough. 5 of us rocked up with our bikes and he took us in, let us use his workshop and helped us get anything we needed

We visited our friends in this guesthouse. The place is very new, clean, there is a functionning wifi, a lot of sockets, clean bathrooms with sitting (European :) ) toilets, a coffe machine in the hall and a big garden

Very nice and helpful owner, he can provide and organize almost everything in karakol, like trekking, motorcycling and horse riding in all the beautiful mountains that characterize this wonderful place

Very nice place in European style with comfortable and clean rooms. Every room has own toilet and shower. The owner is very nice Italian :). The guest house has very big garden where you can chill out at evening.

My family and I spent two nights at Happy Nomads. Even better, the owner and his family are amazing and made sure we had a great trip to Karakol. When we come back to Karakol, we will make sure to stay at Happy Nomads

We stayed for two days, went hiking and came back for two more days. Our yurt was really nice and clean, good beds, good showers, western toilet. Breakfast was really good as well, with fresh omelette

The owner gave us all the information (in near perfect English) we needed about which hikes we could do, what the conditions were and offered to make reservations for us where needed

They provided us with everything we needed, and recommended tons of activities for us to do! We recommend this place to everyone, and we cannot wait to come back!

We slept at nice hotel in September for a few nights the place is very comfortable and offers beds in a dorms as well as yurt and place for a tent the staff here is very helpful and nice, very cheap place that includes a kitchen in the price very recommended

Great hostel near the edge of town. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Good laundry and washing facilities and a nice social space to hang out in. There's also beer in the fridge (with associated honesty box)

Great hostel with English speaking friendly keepers. One night stand in dorm cost was around 400 SOM, there is spacious kitchen, European toilet, many showers, pleasant garden with trees and shadow

Becka, Trevor and Nordine are the best host in Khirghiztan ! Different prices if you plant your tent, sleep in dorms or stay in the the new dorms, it's always a low and competitive price

People who stay here are usually very nice to talk to. You can buy food from fridge for very fine prices, just few SOMs more than in market. You can get here by Marshutka 102

Stayed there intermittently for a few nights and the staff were always friendly and either fluent or native English speakers
