Initially a little tricky to find, but our perseverance payed off. Ordered a gimlet and it was delicious! The bartender, Alexander, was helpful and personable. The atmosphere was comfortable and well designed. Will definitely come back tomorrow!

Great bar with very friendly owners and a lovely atmosphere. The cocktails are delicious! We enjoyed a live music performance which was very nice.

Summer bar, organized in the garden area with a bonfire zone, everything for your comfort :) Unlike other bars in Karakol, here you can also order food, not just drinks. The founders of the bar organize themed evenings with music or movies. The main downside is that it can be difficult to find, so you can ask for help at Madanur's reception or at Sierra cafe.

A new summer place with good coctails beer and wine card. A bit hard to find, you need to go through MADANUR hotel reception, but guys inside helped us. Loved the fire pit and music. Wish the team all good luck

Staying overnight in an yurt is a very special experience. The food was delicious and you felt very well taken care off all the way through. You easily stay warm during the night - only going to the bathroom was a bit cold😉 I absolutely recommend this experience

We stayed in a very cosey and comfortable Yurt, and it was very comfortable. Clean and comfortable beds. The host family (three generations) speak english and is very helpful. They gave the best advice for activeties, trekking, horseback riding, transport and also helårs with booking.

We stayed for two days, went hiking and came back for two more days. Our yurt was really nice and clean, good beds, good showers, western toilet. Breakfast was really good as well, with fresh omelette. The owner gave us all the information (in near perfect English) we needed about which hikes we could do, what the conditions were and offered to make reservations for us where needed. Really helpfull...

My friends and I spent the weekend at Happy Nomads and it was a perfect experience! Tynch and his family are perfect hosts and were super accommodating. They provided us with everything we needed, and recommended tons of activities for us to do! We recommend this place to everyone, and we cannot wait to come back!

Tynch and his family are the most welcoming people you will fine. You have privacy when you want and at same time any help, when you need it. This was my 2nd year in a row visit and it wont be the last. Highly recommended !!

My family and I spent two nights at Happy Nomads. We love the yurts. Very comfortable. Even better, the owner and his family are amazing and made sure we had a great trip to Karakol. When we come back to Karakol, we will make sure to stay at Happy Nomads.

Best hostel in karakol. Cheap and clean also persons very friendly and helpful. Useful kitchen clean bathroom and toilet. Nearly market and location is not far city center

Duet Hostel is a real gem. They offer dorms and yurts. The hang-out spot is really cozy and a great place to have a coffee or a beer. The host also helped a lot organising my trip in Kyrgyzstan.

We slept at nice hotel in September for a few nights the place is very comfortable and offers beds in a dorms as well as yurt and place for a tent the staff here is very helpful and nice, very cheap place that includes a kitchen in the price very recommended

Nice hostel, quiet at the outskirts of the city (not far to the centre, though - it's a small city). Nice beds, beautiful garden and helpful staff. Unfortunately, there is no breakfast included. The bathroom could be nicer too, but if you pay a little bit more, you can stay in the newly refurbished upstairs part.

A quiet place with a very helpful and kind team to welcome you. Always there to guide you in Karakol or around. Becka, Trevor and Nordine are the best host in Khirghiztan ! Different prices if you plant your tent, sleep in dorms or stay in the the new dorms, it's always a low and competitive price. Thanks also to the cleaning women who make every days a great job.

Great hostel near the edge of town. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Good laundry and washing facilities and a nice social space to hang out in. There's also beer in the fridge (with associated honesty box). Stayed there intermittently for a few nights and the staff were always friendly and either fluent or native English speakers.

Great hostel with English speaking friendly keepers. One night stand in dorm cost was around 400 SOM, there is spacious kitchen, European toilet, many showers, pleasant garden with trees and shadow. People who stay here are usually very nice to talk to. You can buy food from fridge for very fine prices, just few SOMs more than in market. You can get here by Marshutka 102. Highly recommended.

Great location! Everything you need is nearby. The owner is really friendly and offers laundry.. The house and the room is very clean. There are enough plugs to charge your stuff. The bed is comfy, the showers are hot and have good water pressure. Our room had a balcony with nice mountain views. There is a secure parking area. And there are tranquil and relaxing areas inside (with 2 sofas) and outside...

I was very happy at this place. After staying at a lot of really lousy guests houses, this one with clean bathrooms, showers, and rooms exactly as advertised was very comfortable and an oasis.

Best guesthouse we stayed in Kyrgystan!!! Very, very helpful owner, really nice person. Very clean rooms, fast free wi-fi. Even if was double price would be the best... Best plumbs in their garden 😀
