First time staying at this hotel. It's newly renovated, and the mattress and pillows are very comfortable. The cleanliness is excellent. This will definitely be my choice in the future. It has parking. One area for improvement would be the water pressure, as it's a bit low. Other than that, it's a good hotel to stay at.

Dear Hotel Management,

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel.

Unfortunately, the room assigned to me was extremely noisy, particularly on Friday night and throughout the weekend. Due to the hotel’s location directly beside the main road, I was subjected to constant motorbike racing, loud shouting, and cheering late into the night. The noise levels were unacceptable and made it nearly impossible to rest properly.

What was even more concerning was the poor soundproofing of the room. There was a noticeable gap in the window even when it was fully closed(see attachment), allowing outside noise to enter freely. It is clear that no effective soundproofing measures have been implemented. This significantly affected the quality of my stay and caused considerable inconvenience and sleep disturbance.

I chose your hotel expecting comfort and a reasonable level of peace and quiet. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below acceptable standards.

Given the circumstances and the impact on my stay, I believe compensation is justified. I kindly request that you review this matter and provide an appropriate resolution, whether in the form of a full refund or at least 60-70% refund because I can’t sleep at all during my entire stay. I can provide the relevant recording if required.

If you are sensitive to noise, this may not be the right place to stay. There was constant street noise from evening through the night, with loud PA sounds causing the walls and windows to vibrate. On top of that, we noticed cigarette smoke entering the bathroom, which affected the overall comfort of the stay.

The place does not look the same as the pic. So when i arrive its very hard to find as they use AI for the look of hotel. The hotel provide u with free breakfast but please know that it is not buffet. U have to order like in flight meal

The hotel is an old property that's been renovated, and the interior is quite nice. We booked a double room, but it was really strange because it felt like it was originally a twin room. All the light switches and power outlets were right in the middle of the bed! 😂
