My friend and I often hang out at the same staircase. We only drink, talking, or eat there. We have met several security guards before, and they were all okay with it.
However, there is one bald Indian security guard who suddenly came and chased us away, claiming that there was a “complaint.” When we asked who complained and what the complaint was about, he could not answer.
Shortly after that, my friend was completely not allowed to go upstairs, with the excuse that management did not allow it. Later, another security guard informed me that there was a complaint because a cleaner found a condom on the staircase.
When my friend asked which floor the staircase was on, the answer was “I don’t know.” So why are we being accused? Just because we were seen sitting on the stairs?
Do not accuse people without any evidence! If sitting on the staircase is not allowed, please put up a clear sign saying “DO NOT SIT HERE.”

Got an opportunity to stay here with family, it's Good place in CBD , stay is quite Noicey due to high way traffic, swimming pool is 7 out of 10 , Gym is 5 out or 10 unless you know how to use limited weights , Stay 8 out of 10 ,
There are few advantages like pavilion is just 25 min by walk ,TRX is 10 min by walk ,KLCC is 30 min by walk ,MRT is 10 min by walk . Lots of restaurants all around .. Do visit and enjoy your stay.

Best location near to MRT , mall , food joints Bukit Bintang malls also KLCC garden and prince court. all every day locations at walkable distance. Affordable and spacious apartments

The management should train the security guards how to behave with people.. illiterate and no manners guards. Always misbehave. Don't give pass even though use the access card and act like immigration officer.. 👎👎👎👎

The Forum served us very well as a basr frim which to explore KL. While not right in the hustle and bustle of the city a short walk to the MRT got us anywhere we wanted to go in a flash. I will stay here again.

Perfect Kuala Lumpur City location stay in. Long or short term. Great for travellers. Very Central. Lots of good around. Walkable to Bukit Bintang. Across TREC and Zouk. MRT TRX Station is only 5min away.

100% Good food and the service is amazing, although this is close to Chinese fine dinning, the food never seems to amaze me.

Fantastic bread experience, most things are really well prepared and are freshly baked. French themed bakery that offers more than the Parisian taste. I believe their pastas are good, however I prefer to stick to items on there seasonal menu, never disappointing.

Bread finish at 6pm. Nice and clean place. Would really recommend for dating and luncheon meeting. The toilet located quite for from the restaurant, and the toilet need to be improved in terms of cleanliness.

Very simple deco, cosy place to have quick lunch. Food is nice too. But I fell in love with the bakery. Very nice pastries and macaroons. Worth the visit. Expect a long wait during lunch time. Best to come at noon sharp for lunch. Parking is RM3.

Food is okay. Chicken karrage was tasty. Nice environment and ambiance. Great place for business meeting during non peak time. I don’t like the parking. Very little spots available and parking cost rm3. I don’t like the service, I don’t understand what the foreign workers are saying.
