Overall, the stays are comfortable and relaxing and the room is absolutely clean and equipped with all amenities! All the staff, from the reception, spa center, restaurant to the rooftop bar, are professional, friendly and attentive. The hotel is in a perfect location overlooking the 3 highest landmarks in the city. The breakfast is good and offers thoughtful choices for a variety of guests. Although the price is quite high, it's definitely worth a visit. The best 5 star service I've ever experienced compared to other luxury hotels in the city!

Overall, very satisfied.
The staff were all professional, soft spoken and courteous.
Our room was beautiful & comfortable. Prime example of how hospitality service should be. Moreover the view, we could see iconic buildings/architecture all over from our window.
Breakfast was really good,with Twin Towers view and sunrise .

Bathroom was amazing with a huge bathtub and really cool multifunctional shower, bed was very comfortable, service was fantastic from beginning to end.

Amazing from beginning to end. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The expansive sky retreat room offered breathtaking vistas of the entire city. Everything was quite tidy. There was every convenience imaginable in the accommodation. Big and really comfortable, the bed. The smellies and incense were a great addition. In contrast to other more traditional hotels, everything felt modern and fresh. The breakfast was of a high calibre, and the terrace setting offered beautiful views.
